Today I made a deposit of 10,000 USDT to my BC Game account (the 4th deposit)

I was playing baccarat and a bit of slots and ended up with 17924.54 USDT, when I tried to make the withdrawal I saw that it was blocked and they asked me to contact support.

I contacted support and was asked for advanced KYC verification, which was then successfully approved within seconds.

I tried to withdraw again and couldn't. Support said they were going to escalate the issue, but minutes later I couldn't access the account.

It's worth noting that I haven't received any bonuses (except for the minimum rakeback they give you, which doesn't even reach $30), it's the only account I have and I haven't broken any rules.

Estuve jugando bacará y un poco de slots y llegué a tener 17924.54 USDT, cuando intento hacer el retiro veo que estaba bloqueado y me pedían contactar a soporte.

Contacté a soporte y me pidieron la verificación KYC avanzada, que luego en segundos fue aprobada satisfactoriamente.

Volví a intentar retirar y no podía. Soporte mencionó que iba a escalarlo, minutos después ya no pude entrar a la cuenta.

Cabe resaltar que no he recibido bonos (salvo lo mínimo de rakeback que te dan que no llega ni a 30 dólares) , es la única cuenta que tengo y no he infringido ninguna regla.

The casino did not specify a reason for the block and has not yet responded.

The only payment method I made was through my Binance USDT wallet and withdrawal to my Kucoin USDT wallet.

I don't understand why they're claiming I used some kind of strategy when I bet legally. Their research team is making claims without any proof.

I only had a good winning streak for two weeks in a row. I didn't receive any bonuses or welcome bonuses to say I made any profit.

When I write to them asking for my money back, they don't specify whether they will give it to me or not.

Please support me, it's quite a bit of money that BC Game owes me.
