I have been a bc.game user since 2019 and the account has been blocked since January 13 of this year.

I have received proof from the casino that there was no other balance at the moment of refund other than the disputed amount. Given that the casino also sent proof that they have sent you the refund, I will close this complaint as resolved.

Please, note that opening multiple accounts is a very unfair behavior. If you will do so in the future in another casino or open more account in BC Game, it will only be justified if they confiscate all your funds and we will not be able to help you.
