Betmaster Mexico에서 출금 사기가 발생했습니다!!
출금이 처리되지 않고, 지원 채팅에서도 같은 말만 반복합니다. 이미 전문가 팀에 문의가 접수되었고 답변을 기다려야 한다는 내용입니다. 12시간이 지나고 다시 연락해도 같은 말만 반복하고, 2~3일이 지나도 출금은 처리되지 않았습니다. 지원 채팅 상담원들은 그저 쇼일 뿐입니다... 아, 하지만 아무것도 해결할 수 없다고, 연락처도 없고, 전문적인 지원을 받을 방법도 없다고 말하면 화를 내는군요... 소위 전문가 팀은 "존재하지 않습니다"!!! 이제 그들은 계좌가 인증되지 않았다고, 관련 서류를 보내야 한다고, 이미 보냈고, 계정 인증도 되었고, 앱에서 인증되었다고 확인했다고, 지원팀은 쓸모없다고 변명만 늘어놓습니다. 요청한 서류를 보냈다고만 하고, 서류가 유효하지 않다고 다시 보내라고만 합니다. 어떤 서류가 인증을 통과하지 못했는지는 알려주지도 않고요!!
그냥 돈을 내지 않기 위한 핑계일 뿐이야!!!
또 다른 중요한 사실!! Betmaster 2025년 3월 20일 저는 Astropay 앱으로 입금을 했는데, Betmaster 계정의 잔액이 확인되면... 저는 베팅을 했고 600.00 멕시코 페소가 누적되었을 때 입금할 때 사용한 것과 같은 방법으로 출금을 요청했습니다. 출금은 처리되었지만 Astropay 계정에 입금되지 않았습니다... 제가 입금할 때 Betmaster가 제 Astropay 계정 데이터와 아무 관련이 없는 다른 Astropay 계정(CLABE)을 등록했기 때문에 출금이 제 계정에 입금되지 않았습니다. Facebook에서 Astropay를 통해 입금한 또 다른 Betmaster 멕시코 사용자를 찾았고 Betmaster에서 그의 출금 금액은 제 계정과 동일한 CLABE를 가지고 있었습니다. 저는 채팅으로 직원에게 연락했습니다. 어드바이저 중에는 20명이 넘는 어드바이저가 모두 같은 질문을 했고 저는 오류 증거와 함께 정보를 제공했지만 그들은 오류가 Astropay의 것이라고 말하며 손을 씻었습니다! Astropay는 Betmaster Mexico 측의 실수였음을 증명하는 데 필요한 정보를 제공해 주었고, 저는 채팅을 통해 담당자에게 그 정보를 제공했습니다. 그런데 담당자들이 계속 같은 질문을 해서 짜증이 났습니다. 그들은 제 돈을 돌려주지 않았고, 제가 인출한 금액에 대한 증빙 자료도 제공하지 않았습니다.
Betmaster Mexico fraud with withdrawals!!
Withdrawals do not go through, and the support chat repeats the same thing, that your case has already been sent to the team of specialists and that you should wait for a response, 12 hours go by and you contact them again and they repeat the same thing, 2-3 days and they still have not processed my withdrawals, those support chat agents are just for show.... Ahhh but they get offended if you tell them that they can't solve anything, they don't even have a contact number or any other way for you to receive specialized attention... The supposed team of specialists "does not exist"!!! Now they make excuses that the account is not verified, that it is necessary to send the corresponding documentation, I already sent it, my account is verified, the app confirms that it is verified, the support staff is useless, they only say that I sent the requested documentation, I sent it and they tell me to send it again that the documentation is not valid, but they don't tell you which document does not pass the validation!!
Just an excuse not to pay!!!
Another important fact!! Betmaster on March 20, 2025 I made a deposit with the astropay app which if the balance in my betmaster account is confirmed,... I made bets and when I accumulated $600.00 Mexican pesos I requested the withdrawal by the same method by which I made the deposit, the withdrawal was processed but never reached my astropay account... It turns out that betmaster registered another astropay account (CLABE) when I deposited that has nothing to do with my astropay account data, that's why the withdrawal never reached my account, on Facebook I found another betmaster Mexico user who also deposited through astropay and his withdrawal amount in betmaster had the same CLABE as my account, I contacted the staff by chat, of the advisors there were more than 20 advisors who all asked the same thing and I gave them the information with proof of the error, they only wash their hands more saying that the error is astropay's! Astropay gave me the necessary information to prove that the error was on the part of Betmaster Mexico, which I provided to the advisors through the chat. I ended up getting annoyed because the advisors kept asking the same thing again. They never returned my money and did not provide me with proof of the amount to which my withdrawal was sent.
Betmaster México fraude con los retiros!!
No salen los retiros, y el chat de soporte te repite lo mismo, que ya se envió tu caso al equipo de especialistas que esperes respuesta, pasan 12 horas y te vuelves a comunicar y te repiten lo mismo, 2-3 días y siguen sin procesar mis retiros, esos agentes del chat de soporte son de adorno.... Ahhh pero se ofenden si les dices que no solucionan nada, no tienen ni un número de contacto, ni otra manera de que puedas recibir atención especializada... El supuesto equipo de especialistas "no existe"!!! Ahora ponen escusas que la cuenta no está verificada que es necesario enviar la documentación correspondiente, ya la envie, mi cuenta está verificada la app confirma que está verificada, el personal de soporte no sirve, solo dicen que envié la documentación solicitada, la envie y me indican la que vuelva a enviar que la documentación no es válida, pero no te dicen cual documento es el que no pasa la validación!!
Solo pretexto para no pagar!!!
Otro dato importante!! Betmaster el 20 de marzo de 2025 hice un depósito con la app de astropay el cual si se confirma el saldo en mi cuenta de betmaster,... Hice apuestas y cuando acumule $600.00 pesos mexicanos solicite el retiro por el mismo método por el cual hice depósito, el retiro se Proceso pero nunca llegó a mi cuanta de astropay... Resulta que betmaster registro otra cuenta de astropay (CLABE) cuando deposite que no tiene nada que ver con los datos de mi cuenta astropay, por eso el retiro jamás llegó a mi cuenta, en Facebook me encontró con otro usuario de betmaster México que también deposito por astropay y su cuánta de retiro en betmaster tenía la misma CLABE que mi cuenta, me comunique con el personal por chat, de los asesores fueron más de 20 asesores que todos preguntaban lo mismo y a todo les pase la información con pruebas del error, ellos solo se lavan más manos diciendo que el error es de astropay! Astropay me brindo la información necesaria para comprobar que el error era por parte de betmaster México la cual le facilite a los asesores por medio del chat, hasta molesto termine porque nuevamente los asesores desfilaban preguntando lo mismo, jamás me regresaron el dinero y no me facilitaron un comprobante de la cuánta a la que se envio mi retiro
