I've been registered with Starda for years and have always been satisfied, both with deposits and withdrawals.
Over the last few weeks I've only had problems with deposits and withdrawals.
I had problems with the manager Diana von Strada, even to the point of threats.

Bin seit Jahren bei Starda angemeldet und immer zufrieden gewesen. Wenn es um Einzahlungen oder Auszahlungen ging.
Die letzten Wochen hatte ich nur Probleme gehabt zwecks Einzahlungen und Auszahlungen.
Mit der Managerin Diana von Strada, hatte ich Probleme bis zur Drohung.
Ich hatte 400,- € eingezahlt, was auch bestätigt wurde. Kann aber kein Slotspiel öffnen bzw spielen wenn ich anklicke. Reagierte einfach nicht, was sonst nie ein Problem war und beim anklicken sofort sich öffnete das Spiel was ich spielen wollte. Was aber jetzt nicht der Fall ist. Hatte mich öfter dann an Support gewendet. Wollte dann die eingezahlten 400,-€ auszahlen lassen. Weil mich das geärgert hat, dass ich nicht die Spiele öffnen konnte. Ich weiß, dass ich den Betrag erst umsetzen muss um ein Auszahlug zu beantragen. Zeigte aber bei der Auszahlung an, dass ich max. Auszahlung 400,- € auszahlen kann. Was ich auch gemacht habe, aber abgelehnt wurde. Wenn keine Auszahlung möglich wäre, würde es auch anzeigen. Was aber aber nicht der Fall war und immer wieder Auszahlung max. 400,- € anzeigte. Ich weiß auch nicht, warum nach den ganzen Jahren solche Probleme auftreten. Würde mich unheimlich freuen, wenn Sie mein Problem lösen könnten.
