I have recently deposited on casinos via an app called FUNID. They are linked to several casinos and are advertising a 200% bonus on all of the casinos in the app, if you deposit trough FUNID. There have been some issues with first 2 of the casinos where I didn’t get the bonus, but the casinos resolved it after FunID refused to help, but instead asked me to take it with the casinos. I desited to try one more of the casinos ALFcasino. I did not resive the200% bonus, instead I got 100%. I ended up completing in the live app of the casino. They as the other casinos referred to funid. When I asked if it’s true that they have a 200% bonus, they wouldn’t answer at first, but after I refused to let it go, they told me that they do not have that offer. I wrote a message to funid, but they wanted a screenshot of the offer. I don’t have that, because after depositing the offer goes away from that specific casino. After that I just keep getting thrown out of the live chat. It pisses me off. Does anyone else have experience with funid.

I do not have any experience with this app, but some of our users already mentioned it before, to tell you the truth.

May I ask you where you find this offer, though? Is it always on the casinos site or on the site of this app? 🤔

It really is the best to communicate with the support beforehand and check out if the bonus offer is reliable.

Also, if it is somehow difficult to chat with the live agents, it is good to contact the support by email, I believe.

I’ve made a withdrawal with them couple of days ago and after 2 days it’s been cancelled (I have KYC verified). They told me it was the payment system error.

I'm going to tell you about my relationship with FunID. It's a wallet created by the same group of casinos as Bankonbet, Legiano, Rabona, etc. The same problems you have with cashing out at these casinos, you'll have there.

Os voy a contar mi relación con FunID. Es un wallet creado por el mismo grupo de casinos que es Bankonbet, legiano, rabona etc... Los mismos problemas que tengáis de cobrar en estos casinos, lo tendréis ahí.

What does the casino give you as a reason why you still don't have your money?

Bankonbet, Legiano, Rabona, etc... They all work with FunID and are the same casino network. I have played at several of them, and they take weeks to pay out, if they pay at all. They cancel withdrawals constantly, until they feel like paying out.

My experience with one of them was terrible, without any bonus (only deposit) I got 5000 euros, that was 6 months ago, and after asking for it so much they closed my account, casino guru doesn't help either, if you need proof I have all the conversations, I don't recommend you to play even 1 euro.

It's terrible. They charged me €4,800 and they closed my account and told me that THE AMOUNT IS DEBITED TO THE COMPANY. In other words, you keep €4,800 that came from a casino because the casino doesn't pay and neither do you. I started looking for information and it's a wallet created by them and it only works with their network of casinos. Why don't well-known houses use this wallet? Simple, because they don't want to see them in any way, they know they would have to pay the money you withdraw.

My brother opened an account with them, and they did the same thing to him with 1500€ as they did to me, his withdrawal came from Rabona. I would like to say that he lives in another country, before they say anything about the IP, that is the typical excuse.

This casino network never withdraws to normal methods. On the other hand, FunId withdraws immediately. But from FunId outwards, it is the same as the casinos. They never withdraw.

Es nefasto. A mi me sablearon 4800€ y me cierran la cuenta y me dicen que EL IMPORTE SE DEBITA HACIA LA EMPRESA. Osea, os quedais 4800€ que vienen de un casino porque el casino no paga y vosotros tampoco. Empecé a buscar información y es un wallet creado por ellos y solo funciona con su red de casinos. Porque no usan este wallet casas conocidas? Simple, porque no las quieren ver ni en pintur, saben que tendrian que pagar el dinero que retiras.

Mi hermano abrió cuenta con ellos, y con 1500€ le hicieron lo mismo que a mi, su retiro venía de Rabona. Decir que el vive en otro país, antes que digan nada de la iP que la excusa típica.

Esta red de casinos, no retira nunca a métodos normales. En cambio, a FunId retira al momento. Pero de Funid hacia afuera, es lo mismo que los casinos. No retiran jamas.

Do they give you a reason why you don't have your money yet? I know that some casinos take about two weeks to pay a player, and I would point out that we give casinos exactly the same amount of time to process payments to players. But hopefully it won't be necessary and you will be able to get the money.

From what I can see, we have contacted the casino, but if they don't try to explain the situation and describe it to us, then we can hardly do anything. But if they don't resolve the situation they will get black points which will affect the Safety Index, so at least something.

The problem with casinoguru is giving a positive rating without listening to its customers (in this case us) and we trust you 100% at least in my case, when I see that it is not like that, then in my view, I blame you for not warning of such a scam and the only thing that comes to my mind is that you are in cahoots for money, I repeat as on other occasions, casinoguru has a reputation for being legal worldwide and you should not change it under any circumstances, if they do not pay, which is the case, say they do not pay and rate them as they deserve, there are many of us affected by this type of casinos.

El problema de casinoguru esta al dar una valoración positiva sin escuchar a sus clientes (en este caso nosotros)y nos fiamos al 100%porlo menos en mi caso de vosotros,al presenciar que no es asi,entonces en mi vista,os culpo por no avisar de semejante estafa y solo se me viene a la cabeza que estáis compinchados por dinero,repito como en otras ocasiones,casino guru tiene una fama de ser legales a nivel mundial y no deberíais de cambiarlo bajo ningún concepto,si no pagan,que es el caso,decir no pagan y puntuarlo como se merecen,somos mucha gente afectada por este tipo de casinos.
