Απογοητευτικά λίγο καθώς ξέρω πως είναι μακροχρόνια διαδικασία και περίμενα ήδη 12 μέρες και θεωρώ πως θα έπρεπε να μου ζητηθεί η ταυτοποίηση λίγες μέρες μετά που ζήτησα την ανάληψη...
Την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί λοιπόν ζήτησα όλα αυτά που μου έχουν ζητηθεί για τη ταυτοποίηση....Μετά από μερικές μέρες ακομα βλέπω έχουν δεχτεί τα μισά έγγραφα και τα άλλα μισά τα απορρίπτουν.... Κοίταξα να δω μήπως είχα στείλει κάτι λάθος και είδα πως τα είχα στείλει όλα σωστά και δεν μπορούσα να εξηγήσω το λόγο που μου τα ακύρωσαν...Τα ξανά ανέβασα αμέσως και τα έστειλα και με email στο support του καζίνο για να βοηθήσω την κατάσταση σε περίπτωση που έγινε κάποιο μπέρδεμα η λάθος...
