ich habe am 22.11.2023 eine Auszahlung von 500€ im Slootz Casino beantragt aber die Auszahlung leider nie erhalten. Die Verifizierung ging schnell und wurde vollständig durchgeführt. Danach hieß es auf Nachfrage was mit meiner Auszahlung sei immer: „das Casino muss ein Backlock abarbeiten aber mein Geld wird in Kürze auf meinem Konto sein. Seit Ende Dezember kann ich mich nicht mal mehr Anmelden und auf Nachfrage beim Chat wurde mir gesagt dies sei ein vorübergehendes Problem und wird schnell behoben sein. Es funktioniert aber nach wie vor nicht. Ich habe den Willkommensbonus genutzt und komplett umgesetzt. Ich habe keine verbotenen Spiele gespielt. Ich denke ich werde den Gewinn wohl abschreiben können, aber vielleicht kann euer Team ja was erreichen.
