2023년 3월 10일에 sepa를 통해 은행으로 €300를 인출했습니다!!!
일주일 후, 고객 서비스에 연락했더니 10월 9일이나 10일에 내 계좌에 돈이 입금될 것이라고 보증해 주었습니다!!
내 요청 상태가 12일 넘게 처리 중이고 이메일이나 실시간 고객 지원을 통해 아무도 응답하지 않아 고객 지원과 통신하는 것이 불가능합니다!!!!
또한 이 특정 플랫폼에서 대규모 예금을 했지만 인출은 한 번도 하지 않았다는 점을 언급하고 싶습니다!!!
또한 KYC 문서 제출을 요청받은 적이 없다는 점을 참고해야 합니다!!

On 03/10/2023, I made a withdrawal of €300 via sepa to my bank!!!
After a week, I contacted customer service and they assured me that the money would be deposited into my account on the 9th or 10th of October!!
The status of my request has been in process for more than 12 days and it's impossible to communicate with customer support as no one is responding either via email or live customer support!!!!
I should also mention that on this particular platform, I have made large deposits but never a withdrawal!!!
Also, I should note that I have not been asked to submit any KYC document!!

Στις 03/10/2023 έκανα ανάληψη 300 ευρώ μέσω sepa στην τράπεζα μου !!!
μετα το πέρας μιας εβδομάδας επικοινώνησα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και με διαβεβαιώσαν πως τα χρήματα θα κατατεθούν στον λογαριασμό μου στις 09 με 10 Οκτωβρίου !!
Η κατάσταση του αιτήματος μου είναι σε επεξεργασία πάνω απο 12 μέρες και η επικοινωνία μου με την υποστήριξη πελατών δεν είναι εφικτή καθώς δεν απαντάει κανείς είτε μέσω email είτε στην ζωντανή υποστήριξη πελατών !!!!
Επισης να προσθέσω προς στην συγκεκριμένη πλατφόρμα έχω κάνει μεγάλες καταθέσεις αλλά ποτέ ανάληψη !!!
Επισης να πω πως δεν μου έχει ζητηθεί να στείλω κανένα έγγραφο KYC!!
