Be aware that bubblesbets.com (until recently bubblesbets.com) is a pure scam and does not pay out winnings to customers.
From checking in private groups, I have found 4 winners (in addition to myself) who have not received their winnings. I have not been able to find winners who have successfully received withdrawals.

Personally I requested a withdrawal of 1000 euros on February 28th, after making several deposits.
First of all, regarding my win, which was playing with a deposit bonus: The win was 1300 euro. I was very persuasingly informed by two different support agents there was no cap on win amount for the bonus. It was however automatically reduced from 1300 euros, to 1000 euros. I sent two emails about this, late February. 6 weeks ago. Still unanswered.
I gave up receiving answer February 28th and requested withdrawal, which according to live support would take 2-5 business days to process.
After 15 days with numerous sessions with live chat who repeatedly told me the withdrawal would be processed within a day, or even that the department who handles withdrawals was working on it as we spoke, they suddenly informed they were performing an investigation on my play, in cooperation with Pragmatic play.
After several times of contact, they informed the investigation would be completed within 48 hours and withdrawal immediately processed.
After 48 hours, their site was unavailable, their website (bubblesbets.com) was removed from Google search and I realized, as strongly suspected, it was a 100% scam.
Within 24 hours though, they were back under a new domain (bubblesbet.com). I contacted them on live support, who informed they were under maintenance, but would process my withdrawal immediately when back up and running. To which I responded that being under maintenance did not mean they couldn't process my withdrawal. No rational response.
A day later, they sent out emails they were back and operative.
This is now 10 days ago. I again contacted live support requesting my withdrawal was processed. To which they responded would be done asap.
I then again contacted live support a4 days later, requesting withdrawal was processed. They didn't respond at all to 3 separate attempts on live chat.
One week later, today, they responded, but referred to investigation with Pragmatic play (obviously fictitious investigation and confirmed completed two weeks ago). I told them this was confirmed completed two weeks ago, to which their live support had no rational response.
During the 6 weeks since my withdrawal request, I have as mentioned asked in private groups if any member has had any experience with Bubblesbet, and all who have responded were winners not receiving their withdrawal. I have not been able to find players who have successfully withdrawn money.
This, my own experience, their unannounced changing of domain, leads me to conclude Bubblesbet.com is pure scam, entrapping gaming community to deposit with big deposit bonuses, without processing any withdrawals, or possibly only small amount withdrawals,until they are closed down, then to return under new domain.
All deposits to this casino are lost when confirming deposit. STAY AWAY from bubblesbet.com!!! REDDEST FLAG ever. This from a player who has played online for over 20 years.

It appears they are not getting the games from the actual providers, which makes me think they are getting the games from a pirated provider. Does this mean they can manipulate the RTP?

It does have the feel, that the majority of the games have lower RTP. For example a bonus on satas wonderland hit nothing, so my winnings were £0.00. Never seen that before
