I’ve been dragged along with acceleration after acceleration and nothing is being done I have two other withdrawals in process with this casino group who I’ve spent a lot of money with. The other two are approved and I’ve not received payment and I’m struggling with fyhis one to get it approved they keep saying different thing over and over and I’m wondering if they are just going to disappear and not pay anyone. I’ll include the most recent chat and if you need more I can retrieve them and send them.

Yes I have made a successful withdrawal from them in the past. Not sure what the kyc verification is? But if it means being verified then yes, I had to be in order to make a withdrawal in the past. The last time I spoke to them was yesterday and they said they would escalate it again for the 3rd time, no nothing yet

I have spoke to Sam because it’s been 48 hours. They said it’s the first escalation because the timeframe has passed which is a downright lie, and I do have proof of all conversations

im not exactly sure because it was for 185 and I did receive a deposit for 160 but as I’m not sure if it was another part of a deposit I was owed from another casino because it does not tell you with bitcoin but I’ve received no notification from these guys saying that they have paid me like I usually would.
