KYC was complete, was told I would receive an email from their finance department once my withdraw was approved. The time frame they gave for being a crypto withdraw was 2-3 days. I did receive the email advising me they made a partial payment and I did receive the payment. I then had to go and make another withdraw request and start the process over. Again 2-3 days, and again another partial payment. I made my final withdraw request except this time it has been 5 business days and I am being told the finance department is busy and to hold tight. The first payment was $400, the next $350, and now I am waiting for $500. This has been going on 3 weeks and I'm not sure when I will receive the last withdraw or if I will receive another partial payment and need to make another request.
