Hello Casino Guru Forum. I deposited €300 at 55bet for a month and claimed a 100% bonus. I used it to play Fruit Party and now have a real money balance of €12,373. I tried to withdraw and received an email asking me to verify my ID and address. I did that. Then I received a new email asking me to send a selfie with my ID. I did that too. I would like to note that 55bet has already posted here that they will process my withdrawal immediately afterward. The selfie was also accepted, but I received a new email with new requests.

I was asked to send a screenshot of my crypto wallet, which I used to deposit, showing where I received the money. Of course, I sent it directly to 55bet, and now I'm having trouble. It wasn't accepted, and since then, there have been a total of 63 emails between 55bet and me, and they simply don't want to verify me or pay out my winnings.

I have provided all possible proof of how I traded the coin on KuCoin and then withdrawn it to my crypto wallet and deposited it from there to 55bet. Everything is simply rejected. They insist on a PDF proof from KuCoin, which doesn't exist. I have contacted KuCoin several times, and they told me flatly that KuCoin doesn't offer PDF proofs. 55bet has seen the chat history between KuCoin and me and still insists on a PDF document that doesn't exist. Then 55bet said they need the name of the crypto wallet account holder in the PDF document. Such a thing doesn't exist. I tried to explain that crypto wallets aren't like bank accounts and don't have physical names as owners. I could talk to a wall and still make the same progress. I would also like to point out that I only made a one-time deposit of €300, and 55bet is citing money laundering as a reason for the request. I haven't received a response from 55bet for several days, and I would like to ask you for help with my case today. I will be happy to send you all documents via email.

Hallo liebes Casino Guru Forum. Ich habe 1 Monat bei 55bet 300€ eingezahlt und 100% Bonus in Anspruch genommen. Damit habe ich Fruit Party gespielt und jetzt ein Echtgeld Guthaben von 12373€. Ich habe versucht auszuzahlen und bekam eine Email mit der Aufforderung mich mit Ausweis und Adresse zu verifizieren. Das habe ich getan. Dann kam eine neue Email mit der Aufforderung eine Selfie mit meinem Ausweis zu senden. Auch das habe ich getan. Ich möchte anmerken dass 55bet hier schon geschrieben hat dass sie danach umgehend meine Auszahlung bearbeiten. Das Selfie wurde ebenfalls akzeptiert allerdings erhielt ich eine neue Email mit neuen Aufforderungen.

Ich sollte einen Screenshot von meinem Crypto Wallet mit dem ich eingezahlt habe senden das zeigt von wo ich das Geld empfangen habe. Ich habe das 55bet natürlich direkt gesendet und jetzt kommen nur noch Probleme. Es wurde nicht akzeptiert und seit dem gab es insgesamt 63 E-Mails zwischen 55bet und mir und sie wollen mich einfach nicht verifizieren und meine Gewinne nicht bezahlen.

Ich habe alle möglichen Nachweise geliefert wie ich den Coin bei KuCoin getraded habe und dann auf meine Crypto Wallet ausgezahlt habe und von dort zu 55bet eingezahlt habe. Es wird einfach alles abgelehnt. Sie bestehen auf einen PDF Nachweis von KuCoin den es nicht gibt. Ich habe KuCoin kontaktiert mehrfach und sie sagten mir klipp und klar dass KuCoin keine PDF Nachweise anbietet. 55bet hat die Chatverläufe zwischen KuCoin und mir gesehen und besteht trotzdem weiterhin auf ein PDF Dokument das nicht existiert. Dann sagte 55bet noch sie benötigen im PDF Dokument den Namen des Kontohalters der Crypto Wallet. So etwas existiert nicht.Ich habe versucht zu erklären dass Crypto Wallets nicht wie Bankkonten sind und keine physischen Namen als Besitzer haben. Ich könnte auch mit einer Wand reden und würde die gleichen Fortschritte erzielen. Ich möchte noch anmerken dass ich lediglich 300€ einmalig eingezahlt habe und 55bet redet von Geldwäsche gründen für die Anforderung. Seit mehreren Tagen kommt keine Reaktion mehr von 55bet und ich möchte Sie heute um Hilfe meines Falles bitten. Gerne lasse ich alle Unterlagen via e-mail zukommen.

Hello Veronika, I have sent you all the histories via email.

The document 55bet wants from me appears to be a PDF extract of my KuCoin transactions with my real name next to the wallet addresses. Such a thing doesn't exist! I've contacted KuCoin several times, and they explicitly told me that they don't support PDFs, only CSV. I sent the CSV histories to 55bet, of course, as well as several screenshots showing everything, but they refuse to accept them and keep insisting on documents that I can't provide because they don't exist. And having my real name next to the wallet addresses, as 55bet requests, is also not possible.

The screenshots and history of my KuCoin account are proof that it's my crypto wallet, and that I sent Litecoin from KuCoin to my crypto wallet and deposited it from there to 55bet. They have indeed received all possible proof from me.

Das Dokument das 55bet von mir haben will ist scheinbar ein PDF Auszug meiner KuCoin Transaktionen mit meinem echten Namen neben den Wallet Adressen. So etwas existiert nicht! Ich habe KuCoin mehrfach kontaktiert und sie haben explizit zu mir gesagt dass sie Kein PDF unterstützen und nur CSV. Ich habe die CSV Verläufe an 55bet natürlich gesendet genau so wie mehrere Screenshots in denen alles komplett sichtbar ist aber sie wollen es nicht akzeptieren und behaarten weiter auf Dokumente die ich nicht liefern kann da sie nicht existieren. Und das mein echter Name neben den Wallet Adressen steht wie es 55bet wünscht ist etwas das ebenfalls nicht möglich ist.

Die Screenshots und verläufe meines KuCoin Accounts sind der Beweis dass es mein Crypto Wallet ist und ich von KuCoin die Litecoin an mein Crypto Wallet gesendet und von dort zu 55bet eingezahlt habe. Sie haben wirklich alles mögliche an Nachweise von mir erhalten.
