Betsamigo removed €414.20 in sports betting winnings from my account without any clear justification. On 29/09/2025 Betsamigo cancelled my withdrawal request and removed the winnings citing clause 12.10 of the Terms of Use (e.g. VPN use, forged documents, bonus abuse), but I have not violated any of these terms. I have repeatedly requested (29/09-7/10/2025) a precise explanation and evidence of the alleged violation, but the casino's responses have been vague, only repeating that the decision is "final" without further information.

I received my €800 deposit back about a week later, confirming the legitimacy of my account. I tried to resolve the issue through AskGamblers, but they wouldn't process the complaint due to a terms of service dispute.

I am requesting CasinoGuru's assistance in getting Betsamigo to refund my €414.20 winnings and provide a clear, evidence-based explanation for their actions. I am attaching email conversations and screenshots of my account, balance and the cancelled withdrawal.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.  

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually. 

Could you please forward a screenshot of your account balance to this thread?

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
