The blackjack on this casino is RIGGED AF.

Everytime you win a hand/push they are charging you a hidden fee. For instance if you have $100 and you play a $10 blackjack hand and lose and then play a $10 blackjack a win your balance will now be $99.50. If you then play another $10 hand and push your balance will now be $99 and so on.

At first I thought this was the fluctuation in the cryptocurrency price but it was so persistent and only went downwards so it became clear that it was not the case.

Eventually I decided to screen record a 10 minute session. I started with $130 on my bankroll. If we consider a unit to be $5 then during this session I went up 7.5 units so my balance at end of the session should have been $167.50. However my balance at the end of the session was only $135!!! The casino is committing absolute robbery now likely they won’t actually respond to this complaint but hopefully we can their rating down to a 0 of the back of the this.

There is no option on the casino to view game or balance history.

as you can see in the attached video I went up 7 units of $5 during this session yet my balance only increased by $5. The same thing occurs across all of their blackjack games they are not paying 2x for a win.

From what I can see it’s a $0.30 fee everytime you win $5. Or $0.60 everytime you win $10.

Thank you for the video and the additional information. Have you checked the game rules directly? There might be a feature called an "insurance bet" that involves additional costs. Please take a look at the "info" section within the game to see if this might apply in your case.
