Hello, so, I have been excluded for a month on Duelbits due to having financial problems, it has ended 9th of April so that’s pretty much irrelevant, I am a VIP customer at duelbits, I have wagered loads there. I always receive 10% lossback bonus due to me being a VIP member, I’ve had so many instances of where I deposit like 500 over a couple of days lose it quickly and get 50$ the very next day as a bonus , sometimes 100, 150 you get the gist of 10%

Yesterday I had 3000$ on my other favourite site that I usually wager on and was like hmmm, let me deposit to Duelbits because if I do lose this I’ll at least have like 300$ or so to play with the next day, to make it back. I was wrong.

i deposited 2014$ at first, lost it after some nice activity of sports bets, wagering, losing some winning some, but in the end losing it all. I deposited another further 500, after losing some winning some mainly via sports bets and I lost it, same with the other 400.

I was like,**** this is so unfortunate, I lost a lot of money I’m upset about, this is a lot to me, at least I’ll have 300$ tomorrow because of my loyalty to duelbits.

oh I was wrong, this morning I message Duelbits, via telegram as my VIP representative sits there, I ask for a bonus, and they say they have nothing for me. I say huh?? I deposited 3000$ the past day what do you mean, they said they got nothing. I said well did it reflect in the charts that I lost 3000$ past day and wagered loads with it. They said they could not help me with anything.

How come, when I lose one of my biggest deposit in a single day on the site they have nothing in store in terms of bonuses? For 500$ they had, but when I lose 3000$ them saying they have 10-15% lossback bonus the industry highest doesn’t apply anymore when I lost 3000 whole dollars? I want all my money back, this makes me upset, I withdrew on my other favourite site that would’ve treated me better than getting pretty much no bonus on duelbits, duelbits has terrible rewards without the VIP rewards consisting of lossback bonuses and so on. I WOULD NOT have deposited my money on duelbits and lost it if that was the case. It’s stupid, I want my money back, this is silly, makes me think of duelbits as a scummy site.

See, I’ll attach some screenshots, this is silly, I’ve deposited 3000$ in a single day, with no withdraws dating for months and I’m not eligible for a bonus, I wouldn’t have deposited my money into duelbits and LOST IT if they didn’t promise me 10-15%

Hello, I’m sorry, but I feel like there has been deception, this is very wrong by them, I am a VIP loyal customer, I’ve wagered loads, I have VIP privileges.

I have deposited much less in the past and got bonuses for it. I’ve done one of my highest deposits ever yesterday under the pretence that if I do lose it, at least I have a bonus the next day as outlined by them in my screenshot; the 10-15% lossback bonus, leading in the industry for their rewards

I would have not deposited and played with it freely as I did if they did not lie to me.

I request my full money back, as you cannot make users deposit via deception, this is WRONG.

This shows that they give bonuses usually minimum of it being 500$ lost, which is deposit - withdrawal since the past bonus. And I have to conclude, I have very well lost over 3000$ now, which I should be susceptible to a bonus, but of course, I did not on one of my biggest deposits

I really request my money back, the casino CANNOT influence users depositing via deception. I am a loyal player for goodness sake, all I request is my money back and I won’t touch that scummy site.

the main line is, they used DECEPTION to influence in me depositing otherwise I wouldn’t have.
