I am a VIP depositing player who does not use bonuses when depositing, always clean crypto. When I attempted to cash out, they deleted my 5000 withdrawal request amount and my remaining balance of 1170. USD

My account clearly showed that I was playing on my second clean deposit amount in a row(attached receipts), and showed no bonus funds applied to either of my last two deposits(account history pic). I do not use bonuses when I deposit. My balance at the time of both deposits, prior to my withdrawal request, was less than $1 and I not under restrictions of any sort. I am fully verified for withdrawals and have done so in small amounts previously at Eternal, a couple times.

They suddenly just deleted record of my entire account including the amount of my withdrawal request, my remaining account balance, and my account and game history. They are NOT paying me anything. 

MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST AMOUNT, AND MY REMAINING ACCOUNT BALANCE WERE BOTH DELETED- TOTALING OVER $6300. Account History demonstrates: These winnings were from using funds deposited clean, and my last transactions were two, sequential, clean deposited crypto amounts, free of any bonus terms, made in the same 20 hour period. Prior to these clean deposits, I was credited $7.42 in Withdrawable cash back which I clearly busted out and lost quickly in several plays.

These guys robbed me. I am not a novice lacking understanding of the terms and rules in effect, I study and understand them clearly. I do not deposit with a bonus- ever. All I get in response from Eternal is a hodgepodge of changing, hastily put together assertions about non existent chips I never redeemed and mixed funds (I don't do this and don't deposit if my balance is above 20 cents) These statements are obviously and easily demonstrated to be inaccurate and false by their own records(unaltered or revised), and by my own, and by simple player habits over the last almost two years I've played there. I've deposited so much at Eternal I could buy a house or at least a couple year old Ferrari. They will not talk to me about this issue and it is useless to consider more invented excuses from them. They want me to just drop it, like oops, we don't have a license so sorry. go away. I won't. 

I have formally requested a casino/player conflict resolution meeting with an independent mediator and requested a formal audit of my VIP player account. Eternal is silent and will not respond or assist in this regard. Thank You for Your Help,

Players don't risk depositing at places that blatantly state procedures like this as their standard policy!! Feel free to report or disclose your pay out records and let's see if there are a reasonable honest amount of large wins paid out, please FEEL FREE, mitigate the inevitable and rapid erosion of player confidence.

Does Eternal Slots wish to update me about the status of my withdrawal? Are they wishing for me to provide a crypto wallet address, or confirm the one I used at the time of requesting withdrawal? I have collected all my records on my end. I have had the information concerning my play, clean deposits, withdrawal request, and any bonuses redeemed by me, as well as my deleted remaining balance, interpreted by two impartial and qualified interpreters of such data.

Undoubtably, Eternal Slots has the this information they request. I wish to present mine at a formal resolution meeting and have their version of facts, and an independent audit available to me. I see only the same response from them requesting information which they should have in an anadultered form. As the amount of this issue is over $6000.00, I don't see why we cant come to an agreement at a private meeting according the terms of the applicable conflict resolution procedure. I have provided records and screenshots of the day of the dispute to Eternal Slots, for their reference, so they can address the issue. Our records do not correlate. They are using mere seconds, and a few pennies, both clearly not accurate or reflected to my own records and those of blockchain and onchain and other sources, to stubbornly deny due process and transparent resolution.
