Casino refusing to oblige to their TOS returning deposits made by player in restricted country (I’m in the USA and just found out through other player complaints they will ban and confiscate winnings if you win over $10,000 they trigger kyc) however they advertise as non kyc casino multiple sources I can provide.

I’ve deposited and played $28,000 + and my net loss is $14,858. This not only goes against their license holder agreement (to not KYC me and allow such large sums to be deposited there) this is unfair practice to allow anyone from anywhere to deposit and lose but then KYC them when you win and if you are not in country they list they keep winnings and block you.. there not agreeing to oblige to their TOS which is below copy pasted

i am in restricted country which I see on their tos and they are informed. They won’t return my deposits or net P&L as they state in their tos in this case.
