Hello, I wanted to share my negative experience with the casino hotslots.io. On May 22nd, I used their bonus code, wagered played through it, and requested a withdrawal. Even though my history showed two previous withdrawals and full verification, I contacted support via email on Thursday (although they have a live chat, it has been unavailable for a week). They claimed that the withdrawal would be approved within 3 business days.

On Monday, I received a message that the withdrawal was canceled because the terms and conditions require a deposit and an additional wager of the same amount. I am not a scammer; all my data and documents are genuine, so they have no reason to do this, yet they make things difficult for players in every possible way.
