I have been a user of Jackbit Casino for several months and for the last few weeks, I have not logged in to my account until yesterday when I randomly receive an email from Jackbit Casino stating "all winnings have been deducted and your account has been permanently closed due to violations of Terms and Conditions 8 and 9". I have challenged Jackbit Casino to provide factual evidence and after repeated attempts, Jackbit have not cooperated to provide me any evidence. Term 8 refers to use of only 1 account which I can confirm I is true as I have only ever used one account under my name. Term 9 refers to anti fraudulent activity which I can confirm my account has had no fraudulent activity. I asked numerous times on email and live chat with the only reasoning being "The violations are in regard to the style of play and tactics used." There is absolute no factual reasoning provided. Gambling operators are entitled to decide who they do business with but no gambling operator is authorised to take away a player's winnings and then provide 0 evidence to back up the reasoning. To confirm this is an account in my own name, no duplicate account as per Term 8 and no Fraudulent activity has been committed as per Term 9. All verification was done in accordance and dates back to July 2025. I have had this account for well over 6 months and used numerous times and suddenly yesterday they decided to revoke all my winnings and then, Jackbit also stated "In accordance with these rules you are eligible to withdraw 20 percent of your deposit, which corresponds to the remaining balance available on your account." I cannot find this within Jackbit Casino's own Terms and Conditions therefore it is also violating its own terms and conditions. I have repeatedly tried to challenge and ask for factual evidence to support their decision and none has been provided, there is 0 basis to their decision as as a player, we should be protected against gambling operators deciding to implement any wrongful decision making.

• Could you please advise which games you focused on - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
• Do I understand correctly that you had Ξ5 (dispute value) in your casino account before you lost access to it?

If you have only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino may have detected activity that led to this decision. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly, and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified; we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. I truly understand how frustrating this situation must be for you.
