I am submitting a complaint regarding a withdrawal of $800 from my account at Jackbit Casino (License 1668/JAZ).

Timeline of Events

• On 29 August 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $800 to my Bitcoin address: bc1qyuxyc8rfxtzh77223qx6e08qltrqlyusre47n7.
• At 03:24:07, the withdrawal was marked as rejected, while I was asleep.
• At 04:11:06, the withdrawal was shown as successful, but to a completely different Bitcoin address: bc1qnl64hcuutvsyra556tz6yae2x4r6q0k4q3guzy.

I never authorised this withdrawal, nor did I enter this address. Blockchain records confirm that the funds were routed through the casino’s hot wallet and remain in a secondary wallet.

Casino Response

I contacted Jackbit Casino multiple times regarding this issue. Their responses have been generic and dismissive, claiming that withdrawals are manual and can only be initiated by the account holder, and suggesting my account may have been compromised.

I have explained clearly that:

• I have never used this address,
• My account access and devices have not been compromised,
• The withdrawal must have been processed internally by the casino.

Despite this, they refuse to investigate further or provide any meaningful explanation. They continue to rely solely on quoting their Terms & Conditions and deny any responsibility.

Current Status

• The casino has not returned the $800,
• They have not conducted a proper investigation,
• They refuse to escalate or offer any resolution.

I am now seeking assistance to resolve this dispute and to have the funds returned.

I have withdrawn several times, always to the same address. It is also the same address that I used to deposit thousands over hundreds of deposits.

Do you currently have access to your account? Did the casino identify any suspicious activity on your account?

When I first queried about the withdrawal, they immediately closed my account. They immediately jumped to the conclusion that my account was hacked my end, which is impossible, very secure password, not in any data breaches, and I have my laptop on me at all times. I have since changed my password just to get the account reopened.

What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino?

Purely slots.

I don't take bonuses. This is all from raw deposits.

I will forward all communication. As you will see, it is all generic replies from them, and they refuse to confirm via the release of server logs, that my account was compromised.
