I first heard about Lex Casino on Instagram with bonus offers and no-deposit free spins. After successfully registering with a code, I would receive 100 no-deposit free spins. Bonus rules: Winnings must be wagered 45 times, and the maximum withdrawal amount is 10 times the winnings.

I won €45.78 from the free spins and wagered it 45 times. The amount was credited as real money. When I tried to make a withdrawal of €457.80 (I'm verified), it was declined.

So I contacted the live chat to ask why. The response I received was:

"For a successful withdrawal, you must make a deposit of €457.80 and wager it 3 times on slot games.

In the event of repeated use of cumulative no-deposit bonuses on the company's website without making a cash deposit in between, the casino reserves the right to require the user to make a deposit equal to the wagered bonus funds in their balance at the time of the withdrawal request (no less than €10) and to wager the deposit three times. If the user refuses to make a deposit, all received cumulative no-deposit bonuses and all associated winnings will be considered void.

In plain language, I had to deposit €525 and wager it three times before I could make a withdrawal.

In my opinion this is a Lock Bonus scam.

Is this the normal procedure? Do I have a chance of getting the money here?

ich bin über Instagram mit Bonusangebote bzw. Freispiele ohne Einzahlung auf Lex Casino aufmerksam geworden. Ich würde nach erfolgreicher Registrierung mit einem Code 100 Freispiele erhalten ohne Einzahlung. Bonus Regel: Erzielten Gewinn 45 mal umsetzen und maximaler Auszahlungsbetrag Gewinn x 10.

Ich habe bei den Freispielen 45,78€ gewonnen und auch 45 x umgesetzt. Der Betrag wurde auch als Echtgeld gutgeschrieben. Als ich eine Auszahlung (ich bin verifiziert) von 457,80 € vornehmen wollte ,wurde diese abgelehnt.

Also habe ich den Live Chat kontaktiert um nach dem Grund zu fragen. Als Antwort bekam ich:

"Für eine erfolgreiche Auszahlung müssen Sie eine Einzahlung von 457,80 € tätigen und diese 3 Mal in Slot-Spielen einsetzen.

Im Falle einer wiederholten Nutzung von kumulativen Boni ohne Einzahlung auf den Seiten des Unternehmens, ohne in der Zeit dazwischen eine Bargeldeinzahlung vorzunehmen, behält sich das Casino das Recht vor den Nutzer aufzufordern eine Einzahlung in Höhe der umgesetzten Bonusgelder auf seinem Guthaben zum Zeitpunkt der Auszahlungsanfrage vorzunehmen (nicht weniger als 10€) und die Einzahlung dreimal umzusetzen. Weigert sich der Nutzer eine Einzahlung zu tätigen, werden alle erhaltenen kumulativen Boni ohne Einzahlung und alle damit verbundenen Gewinne als ungültig betrachtet."

Klartext ich sollte 525 €einzahlen und 3mal umsetzen ,erst dann könnte ich eine Auszahlung vornehmen .

In meinen Augen ist das ein Lock Bonus Betrug.

Ist das so der normale Ablauf? Hab ich hier Chancen an das Geld zu kommen?
