I have attempted to withdraw approx 20 times. Every time it gets rejected and funds returned to account. Whenever I go on the live chat they say to send an email to support. I must of sent 30+ emails since and I have never had a reply.

I have tried withdrawing via all 3 methods available. I have also tried varying amounts.

I initially had a bonus that had requirements but they were fulfilled and some on top to be extra sure.

When I have accused them of being a scam they have threatened to close my account.

More details - I first deposited £2211 via bitcoin about 4 months ago. I got 100% bonus. I wagered the money required and got the balance to about £5000 and when I tried to withdraw I was told I had not fulfilled all criteria. At this point they did send some emails, they explained the criteria and my deadline for wagering. I completed this and balance was around £6300. Then a few days passed and when I logged in my balance had reverted to deposit amount of £2211. They claimed I did not fulfil requirements but I clearly did.

Ideally I want this money back, however I gave up on that and only wanted deposit back. I have since played a bit and balance in now on 3118.

Since they took the initial winnings away is when I stopped receiving email replies.

Any help would be great. I can send all transaction history if that will help. Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

I have sent all documents and they have all been approved. I will include screen shots of this.

I have never received any withdrawal. I have had more withdrawals rejected than I can remember. I will include screenshots of some.

I do not have all transcripts of conversations saved, but I have 1 from march whereby I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours.

I will also include emails I have sent to them in the last month.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
