Hello everyone,

I made an instant transfer of €100 to PlatinCasino today. The payment details were correct, and the amount has already been debited from my bank account (see attached screenshot).

However, in my PlatinCasino account, the transaction is shown as "cancelled," even though the money has already been transferred from my bank.

I request a review of the transaction and feedback on whether and when the amount will be credited to my player account—or whether the refund will be made automatically.

ich habe heute eine Sofortüberweisung in Höhe von 100 € an PlatinCasino durchgeführt. Die Zahlungsdaten waren korrekt, und der Betrag wurde bereits von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht (siehe angehängten Screenshot).

In meinem Spielerkonto bei PlatinCasino wird die Transaktion jedoch als „abgebrochen" angezeigt, obwohl das Geld von meiner Bank bereits überwiesen wurde.

Ich bitte um eine Überprüfung des Vorgangs und um Rückmeldung, ob und wann der Betrag meinem Spielerkonto gutgeschrieben wird – oder ob die Rückerstattung automatisch erfolgt.

Please keep in mind that this process can be complex and may take up to a month. In such cases, the casino’s ability to intervene is often limited.
