- They confirmed no issues on their end. Please use this to hold the casino accountable for the €24.93.

Regarding the winnings:

- I understand the $100 max cashout for the initial no-deposit bonus.

- However, after completing wagering, the $100 converted to real cash (Bonus Balance $0.00, as per system screenshot).

- The additional $1,100.38 was won from real money play (not bonus) – game history confirms this.

- Per standard RTG T&C (and implied in theirs): Further real money winnings should be fully withdrawable. Their threat to void them is unfair.

Regarding your winnings, I understand why you believe you should receive the full amount of $1,200.38. However, it appears there may still be some misunderstanding on your side about how the rules governing no-deposit bonuses apply. Allow me to try to clarify the situation in detail for you.

You were playing with a no-deposit bonus, meaning you had not yet deposited real funds when you began wagering. All gameplay and resulting winnings up to the point of verification were therefore generated exclusively from this no deposit bonus. While after fulfilling the wagering conditions of that no deposit bonus, the funds indeed converted into real money; however, the maximum win/withdrawal limit is still applicable as specified in the bonus rules because the winnings stemmed exclusively from the no deposit bonus and not the real money funds you deposited. The deposit you later made was requested most likely solely for payment-method verification and did not retroactively convert your gameplay into real-money play.

Update – the casino is now refusing to pay even the $100 allowed under their no-deposit bonus rules and is also refusing to refund my €24.93 ETH deposit (TX confirmed successful on blockchain).

Live chat told me today that I must make ANOTHER verification deposit of at least $15 before any payout is possible – even though:

- I already made a €24.93 ETH deposit (TX hash attached again)

- I already sent full KYC documents weeks ago

- You personally confirmed the transaction as successful

This is clear stalling and bad faith. They are trying to force additional deposits instead of paying what they owe.

Please intervene immediately and force Spin Dinero to:

1. Pay the allowed $100 winnings from the no-deposit bonus

2. Refund my €24.93 ETH deposit (or credit it as real money)

I will not make any further deposits.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
