I was told that I needed to deposit $80 to withdraw money, but I did.

I was told that an additional $120 was required to withdraw money, so I deposited that as well.

And I tried to process the withdrawal, but it was canceled.

When I try to log in using the link from Casino Guru, the input fields are

The real email address and password

Fake username and password

will be asked for.

Also, the fake site has fewer languages than the real one, so I think this is how I was deceived.

I would appreciate it if you could make the fake site address public, as this would help raise awareness.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly, but as expected, I have not had much success. They have not responded at all to my emails, and when I tried the live chat, they disabled it right away once they figured out that I'm from Casino Guru, which is another sign that this casino is NOT to be trusted. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license, I'm not afraid to name them as fake, and since they don't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue.
