I won big at Wildsino Casino on 20.02.2025 and now have a large amount in my account. Wildsino has some very low withdrawal limits, 5000 NOK per day and 70000 NOK per month. I can accept this as long as they pay out my withdrawals eventually. I got one withdrawal paid out on 24.02.2025, but after that it's completely stopped. I now have three withdrawals that are not being processed, the first from 21.02.2025. I contact LiveChat and support at regular intervals, but get the same crappy answer from everyone.

nothing has happened, my withdrawals are not being processed. Customer service keeps coming up with various excuses, but it is not possible that a serious casino can take that long. I have asked if they want documentation to verify my account, but then they also say I have to wait until the finance department requests it. Anything to delay payments it seems. But with such a large amount that I have won 405,940 NOK, as well as 3 unprocessed withdrawals of 14,800 NOK in total, I can't let them get away with it. It seems that they have a policy where customers have to wait so long for payments that they end up canceling and playing the money. Hi, yes this is a "neverending story", but I just have to try to hold on. I have played and I have now lost some of the money, but I have had a lot of fun when I played 🙂 Anyway, I will send you printscreens of the payment history so far. The problem is that out of 3 simultaneous payments on March 19, only two of them came into my account. I make withdrawals continuously, and strangely enough, a payment came on my withdrawal made on March 19 the following day, that is, March 20. I have reviewed the payment history from Wildsino and my bank statement from Revolut. It becomes very confusing when you get such small payouts at irregular intervals, and mistakes are made and the payout does not arrive in the account, but is credited back to the Wildsino account after days/weeks. In the time from the first withdrawal that I requested on 20.2 to today 31.3 I have received 15 payouts totaling NOK 72800. At one point I had NOK 405000 and with that much money in the account most players will not be able to keep their fingers off the barrel and continue playing as I have. This is of course what Wildsino wants and the real reason why they have such low payout limits. I now have NOK 50000 in my account as well as 3 unprocessed withdrawals totaling NOK 15000, i.e. NOK 65000. When I play I constantly experience being thrown out of the game, I rush to go back in and continue playing. Every time I go in after an eviction I win a larger amount, this happens so often that it can't be a coincidence. This was a lot, but I think Wildsino Casino should respect its players and not cynically use all methods to avoid paying out the winnings. I have had larger amounts paid out to my Revolut account before from other casinos, and I don't believe that it is impossible for Wildsino to pay out, for example, NOK 50,000 in one manual withdrawal.

Jeg har fått utbetalt større beløp på min Revolut konto tidligere fra andre casinoer, og tror ikke på at det er umulig for Wildsino å betale ut for eksempel NOK 50000 i ett manuelt uttak.

So it's been a month and 10 days after your initial withdrawal request, and overall, you have received 72800 NOK, which is roughly within the casino limit as they promise to payout 70000 NOK per month for players with Level 1 VIP status. I believe you are still on Level 1? Have you contacted casino support to find out if you are eligible to move to a higher level after your gameplay? Higher levels have higher monthly withdrawal limits.

I have received the last 3 payouts, I think it helps a lot that you are involved here. I now have NOK 110000 in my user account and will make withdrawals NOK 5000 daily according to Wildsino's rules. I have been rejected on my requests for manual payouts of a larger amount and I just have to accept it.

To change VIP status I have to deposit money into my account and use bonuses. I am not depositing an unknown amount into an account with NOK 110000 to increase the withdrawal limits to an unknown amount. So I will be patient, make daily withdrawals as often as Wildsino allows and hopefully I will have paid out all the money before summer comes 🙂

As I said before, I have my own VIP contact who is ready to help and says that my withdrawal requests will be prioritized. However, I find that I constantly have to contact my VIP contact one or more times to have my withdrawals processed. So there is no automaticity in the fact that customers' withdrawals are processed in Wildsino, customers have to hustle and hustle and hustle before anything happens.

After almost 3 months I have finally received payment for everything that was in my account. It has been a roller coaster ride, first great joy at winning such a big prize, then fear of not getting paid the prize and a lot of frustration, probably 100 emails and chats to get the money paid out at all. Every day I had to go into the casino and ask for a withdrawal of NOK 5000, that is 40 times, then send one or two emails for the withdrawal to be processed. I'm not going to complain, I bet NOK 1200 and have received about NOK 200000, but I will never play again at a casino with such a low daily payout limit. Big thanks to Casino Guru, I don't think I would have gotten the money without their involvement and follow-up of Wildsino Caino.
