Hi, my withdrawal was cancelled again. They said it was due to a system issue and that I should try again. I asked how long it would take this time, since it's the third time, and they said it would be a priority, but there's no estimated time. For me, this is a total scam. Seriously, this has never happened to me with any other casino.

Hello again, it's been 14 days and they're still telling me the same thing. I asked if there was a reason or if I was missing something on my end, and they said no, that it was due to some kind of intermittent service they had, and that the team in charge of processing withdrawals will show it as settled as soon as they approve it. But that's what they've been telling me since my first withdrawal. I don't believe anything they say anymore, honestly, it's a huge scam. But if I could get my money back, which I paid out of my own pocket, I'd be happy. Or I'd just have to sue them because what they're doing is basically stealing from us. I know many people who have been complaining for months and they haven't resolved anything.

Hola de nuevo ya tengo 14 días y no me dice nomás que lo mismo les pregunté que si ay alguna razón o me falta algo de mi parte y me dijeron que no que según es la intermitencia algo así que tuvieron y que el equipo encargado en hacer los retiros en cuanto lo aprueben al a a aparecer como liquidado pero eso me están diciendo desde que lo retire por primera vez yo ya no les creo nada la verdad una gran estafa pero si pudiera yo recuperar mi dinero que yo puse de mi bolsa con eso estoy conforme o solo demandarlos porque la que están haciendo es como quien dice robarnos conozco muchas personas que se están quejando desde hace meses atrás y no han resuelto nada

If the timeframe has reached 14 days, then I would focus on contacting our team and opening a complaint. 

It's okay that they have some technical problems, but it shouldn't take so long, and since they can't tell you anything more and when you should get your money, that's probably the best step to take.

I'm in the same situation. I made my first withdrawal on the 21st and they cancelled it for no reason on the 31st. That same day I tried again, but not before confirming that there were no problems with my account, to which they said there weren't, and I'm still waiting for the withdrawal. Their answers are always the same: "intermittent withdrawals," "We are doing everything possible to get your withdrawal approved," etc.

Only generic answers without providing a solution; in total it has been 16 days waiting if we count the first withdrawal that they cancelled.

Estoy en la misma situación, mi primer retiro lo hice el 21 y lo cancelaron sin razón el 31, ese mismo día lo volví a hacer no sin antes confirmar que no había problemas con mi cuenta a lo que cual me dijeron que no y aún sigo esperando el retiro, sus respuestas siempre son las mismas "intermitencia en los retiros" "Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que su retiro sea aprobado" etc.

Solo respuestas genéricas sin dar una solución, en total ya van 16 días esperando si contamos el primer retiro que me cancelaron.

I've been waiting since the 4th and I'm still waiting. I also spoke with support and they told me they're considering it and will prioritize my request. I don't know if I have to wait the 14 days like you guys, haha.
