This is not how you recognize whether each of those casinos allows players to self-exclude from the whole group by making a single request. It's better to check the rules to see if they clearly include this information; ideally, they should provide a list of all casinos within the group. Mentioning other casino names somewhere on the website means nothing; it provides no assurance about the official relation. Sometimes even the same owner/management is not enough.

Imagine that a support representative at a casino has stated, "Ok, this request is enough to self-exclude you from the entire group." How can you find out which specific casinos are included if the terms do not provide a list? I'd say, please ask the support for the lists and then keep a screenshot. You know how it ends when you try to complaint without those data. 🙁

I'm glad to see you have been excluded, yet you keep asking what casinos can and can't do, so the answer is always the same: Casinos can do anything; the question is whether they followed standards or a fair approach.

I said I had no idea why the self-exclusion had been like that. I don't think this is a good call, BUT it always depends on what the casino confirmed to you under such circumstances, based on which rules—again, we are getting back to circumstances, hence my numerous explanations about how it normally works in specific situations. Conclusion? In 99% of cases, it should not have ever happened.

So the list is of no use when the ban applies to both future and current users.
