Queenspins casino is a big scam. I deposited €200 and then got a bit lucky and won €1900. When I wanted to withdraw, they asked me over and over again for documents that it was impossible to get. I have been playing in live and online casinos for years and have often deposited with Skrill. If you send the profile and deposit as a screenshot, it was always enough. Not with Queenspins. They want documents that don't exist just so they don't have to pay out and so players lose all their winnings again. On top of that, the RTP is completely rigged. I played €2000 down to a €2 slot on Book of Dead and didn't get a single free spin. For the last €400 I played an €8 slot and lo and behold, 2 books kept appearing. What a coincidence when the money was almost at 0. Of course you have to be a bit of a rip-off at the end. I realize that it is gambling but this site has nothing to do with gambling and you can't verify yourself and therefore can't withdraw. Avoid this site at all costs and don't deposit anything. There are plenty of other sites or the best thing is not to play online at all as all casinos are scams.

Meidet diese seite unbedingt und zahlt bloß nicht ein. Es gibt genug andere Seiten oder am besten ist ihr spielt garnicht online da alle casinos Betrug sind.

Usually at most casinos they accept only pdf format documents, as far as I know from our experience. So, it is nothing unusual that a casino wouldn't accept screenshots, you know.🤷‍♀️
