after nearly 4 weeks i got my withdraw (200€)

These are the same weeks that I have been trying to close my account due to gambling addiction and it must be a very responsible casino and fair play in every sense, ironically of course I do not trust them, they are a fraud, they deceive and scam their players and they do not close the account of players with gambling addiction, this makes one suspect that it is a scam and the players are unprotected.

Son las mismas semanas que llevo yo intentando cerrar la cuenta por adicción al juego y debe de ser un casino de lo más responsable y juego limpio en todos los sentidos en ironía claro no me fío son un fraude engañan y estafan a sus jugadores y no cierran la cuenta a jugadores con adicción al juego eso hace sospechar que es estafa y los jugadores están desprotegidos.

I have requested three withdrawals for a total of 1,410 euros. I checked to see if I needed to send any additional information, and the website indicates they have all the necessary information. The withdrawals are pending verification, and the chat tells me it can take up to three days (although they specified it used to be less), but two of the three withdrawals have already received three days, and I haven't heard anything. I tried contacting them via chat again, but access isn't working. However, they don't present any problems with making deposits. I tried to file a complaint through Casino Guru, but I got a captcha error.

Los retiros se quedan pendientes de verificar y desde el chat me indican que pueden pasar hasta 3 días (aunque especificaron que solía ser menos) pero, ya han pasado estos días en dos de los tres reintegros y no tengo noticia alguna. He intentado volver a contactar por chat y no funciona el acceso. Sin embargo para hacer ingresos no ponen problema alguno. Intento poner una queja desde casino gurú pero me da error de captcha
