Gehen wir mal davon aus das Nodapay wirklich die Probleme verursacht. Was schon sehr komisch ist da ich Auszahlungen via Nodapay auf anderen Casinos ohne Probleme durchgeführt habe.
Wie kann Casinoguru es dann erklären das selbst Crypto Auszahlungen nicht bearbeitet werden bzw. eintreffen ?
Casinoguru trifft nicht die Schuld das die Auszahlungen nicht eintreffen. Euch trifft aber sehr wohl die Schuld das beide Casinos immernoch "relativ" gute Bewertungen haben und dadurch Spieler weiterhin einzahlen und im Endeffekt, auch wenn sie gewinnen, Geld verlieren da dass Casino nicht auszahlt.
Es geht hier auch in gewisser Hinsicht um den gesunden Menschenverstand.
- Wieso wird Crypto nicht ausgezahlt?
- Wieso kann man die Gewinne nicht mit einem anderen Dienst an die Spieler Überweisen? (das würde so vielen Problem vorbeugen)
- Wieso kann man auf anderen Casinos mit NODAPAY auszahlen aber komischerweise nicht auf Spinpirate?
Wenn man auch nur einer dieser Fragen nicht beantworten kann finde ich es nicht nachvollziehbar das die Bewertung des Casinos nicht verändert wird.
Das Problem dabei ist das SIE als Casinoguru dadurch das Casino nicht unter Druck setzen. Sie lassen dem Casino so viel Zeit wie es will. Selbst nach EINEM MONAT ohne erhalten des Geldes wird die Bewertung hier nicht herabgestuft. Wie kann das sein ?
Wieso können sie nicht die Bewertung des Casinos herrabsetzen und wenn alle 40-50 Beschwerden gelöst sind, dann können sie die Bewertung dementsprechend anpassen.
Das sollte natürlich nicht der normale Umgang sein. Aber bei mehreren Fällen die über einen Monat nicht ihr Geld erhalten haben und der Anzahl an Beschwerden und der sich widersprechenden Ausreden finde ich es wäre angemessen das Casino in gewisser Hinsicht unter Druck zu setzen sodas endlich das Geld ausgezahlt wird.
(Ich weiß nicht ob Sie (Casinoguru) bereits NODAPAY kontaktiert haben. Aber das wäre beispielsweise auch eine Möglichkeit um die Aussagen des Casinos zu bestätigen. Ich hoffe das meine Email beantwortet wird und ich dementsprechend Informationen bereitstellen kann.)
