I think we both were in a similar situation, I made a 150 USD crypto deposit, they blocked my account, and asked me for the source of my income, which I was surprised to be asked for such a small deposit. I sent them a bank statement with my investments, they refunded my deposit, but they closed my account and voided my winnings. I do not know the reason, they don't have to explain their actions from a legal perspective. Did you talk to them? I suggest you go on chat and ask what happened to your initial deposit, I got mine back at least, even though my account was closed permanently I believe.
