아윈투라는 내 돈을 주지 않는다

Hello awintura, I had withdrawn my 2 million pesos from my casino account through 5 transfers of 400,000 each, to which they told me that within a period of 5 business days those transfers would reach my bank account, which never happened. Today they charged my 2 million pesos back to my casino account because due to "internal problems" they could not deposit it into my bank account. I am already tired, I have been trying to withdraw my money for more than a month and the awintura casino is putting up a thousand obstacles. I need an answer and my money urgently.

Hola awintura me habia retirado mis 2 millones de pesos de mi cuenta del casino a través de 5 giros de 400.000 cada uno, a lo cual me dijeron que en un lapso de 5 días habiles esos giros me llegarían a mi cuenta bancaria lo cual jamas sucedió. Hoy volvieron a cargar mis 2 millones de pesos a mi cuenta del casino porque por "problemas internos" no pudieron depositarme a mi cuenta del banco. Ya estoy cansada llevo más de 1 mes intentando retirar mi dinero y el casino awintura me pone mil trabas. Necesito un respuesta y mi dinero con urgencia.

Hey, I'm sorry you haven't had your money for a month. I think with the help of the complaint it can be solved respectively I hope it will be. I don't know what I should understand by "internal problems", so I guess it would be up to the casino to explain it. 

Anyway, did they recommend something to prevent this from happening again?
