Thanks to this topic and (likely) the increase of chargeback against fake stores that accommodate payments for casinos which are almost always won, it looks like that some merchants are starting to fight the chargeback because if they lose too much chargebacks they could get in trouble as MasterCard and Visa allow up to x chargebacks and start with sanctions and in the worst case revoke the agreement.

Has anyone had any luck getting their money back from any of the Santeda International casinos (Velobet, Goldenbet, MyStake etc.)?

I tried previously with Revolut, they refused the chargeback requests but they continued to let me make large bank transfers to ‘Falcora Finance’ who must be the intermediary payment facilitator for Santeda International. I don’t know if this means I can make a complaint about Revolut for continuing to facilitate these payments.

This is actually correct. I contacted them and ([email protected]) a few weeks ago when finding the website here. And yesterday finally received my refund from ZPDG.

That I placed an order for X amount but still have not heard anything nor received the ordered goods.

They did not respond actually but did refund me. It was also forwarded to my bank but they needed to wait 1 month after the contact to start a chargeback so this is a real refund from them.

So did you get it via a chargeback or refund?

As mentioned refund. The bank did not start any chargeback and this one is refunded by ZPDG.
