Grottobooks and helpersm are identical retailers with different names, and their contact addresses are also different. I always received the same emails at the same time – as a reply/feedback. I also completed a KYC process with them, including a selfie, etc., but I haven't received a refund to date!

Grottobooks und helpersm sind identische Händler mit unterschiedlichen Namen, die Kontaktadressen sind ebenso unterschiedlich. Habe immer zum selben Zeitpunkt die selben Mails erhalten - als Antwort/Rückmeldung. Ein KYC Verfahren habe ich bei denen auch durchgeführt, mit Selfie ect. Aber bis heute keine Rückzahlung bekommen!
