At the moment casino guru are looking into a complaint for me.

Their kyc policy is ridiculous, so do not expect to get that sorted very quickly, if at all.

Because of the above I think I lost winnings as I couldn't withdraw or close my account. It took a long drawn out complaint for them to eventually close my account.

I would not recommend playing there.

Goldenbet don't even have a licence in any jurisdiction....are Casino Guru OK with that? If so that is a huge red flag imo

Ragazzi date solo le prime 6 cifre e le ultime 4 della carta, non date altre informazioni sensibili come indirizzi documenti varie… come hanno detto già servono a loro per emettere fatture false.. ho alle spalle oltre 20 commercianti, 3/4 hanno rimborsato direttamente, gli altri quando la banca solleva il chargeback ho vinto sempre, solo uno ha inviato fattura falsa ma la banca non ha creduto a lui. I'm not sure if you read how we review casinos, but each unlicensed casino is penalized for not having any licenses, and as soon as it begins to be unfair to players, my colleagues will take action regardless of the licenses involved.

The Safety Index considers more than just licenses, so unlicensed casinos may not receive a rating of 0 unless we can prove they are unfair to players. 🙏

If you notice the casino is not licensed, you can probably move on if that is your main concern. I would probably move on too.

If your email address is ever shared, as you say it is, it will be the email you used to register at that casino. We do not share anything the casino did not already have in the system.
