So I used to play poker exclusively on a popular site called blackchip poker. It's part of the winning poker network or WPN ,which runs several other sites which include ACR, America's card room,Chico poker and several more poker rooms and casinos. I was using a feature that is offered on black chip called spin to get in.This feature allows you to get in the bigger dollar tournaments for as little as one cent. To win the feature and entry into the target tournament you must play a slot style game in which you have to land the reels on 3 of a kind and that's it your in. I played three separate high dollar spin to get ins. One was a 11 dollar entry fee 10,000$ gtd prize pool NLH,next was a 88 $ entry 15,000 gtd prize pool NLH and finally a $ 2500 entry 8,000,000 gtd featured tournament called the venom. Now I want you to be the judge and tell what you think about it. Am I imagining things or did I get taken . Keep in mind we are talking about life changing money here and these tournaments are marketed by big names in the game of poker. Chris Moneymaker,Chris Moorman, Ebony Kenney, Rene Nezhoda,Tom Dwan,Facundo Gallo,Oscar Ojaveer,Mark Rubbathan's,Evan "Gripped",Svetlana "Svetarik",Kevin Boski and that's just to name a few. So to think I'm spending my hard earned money Playing here 10s if not 20 of thousands over the last several months and I never complain if I loose 1 outers constantly,I don't say anything about the runner runner runner inside straight bad beats I just say shuffle up and keep playing . This is different because first it involves me winning and not only that possibly winning big and changing the lives of my family which consists of me and my daughter. I just wonder why it is that these royal players get paid to play while when I win all the sudden no one is home. Ok I'll let you decide. now seeing my plays reading the rules should I have been seated for these tournaments or is it hopeful wishing and I'm just seeing things.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately, in my opinion, only the casino itself can choose who they will let play or not. We are unable to influence it. 🤷‍♀️

No definitely I don't take it seriously but I do feel that what I've been deprived of is serious because it could have potentially been something that made a big difference in the lives of me and my family and I feel that having no recourse just because they say that I didn't land on three of a kind is not what they say their site is about which is honesty integrity fair play etc. I feel that a gaming lawyer may be my only recourse here because if casino guru can't help me then I don't know who else to turn to and I feel that I've definitely been wronged they didn't uphold their terms of service and I think they just took my money and didn't honor the rules of their own game. Which in my opinion is the whole reason why they have those terms of service and the agreements that we make with them so we may have a recourse when we feel that we've been wronged.If you have any suggestions for gaming attorneys or any other places I can turn I do feel that I have a real case of violations. Now who they answer to is another story. I am not going to give up though because my evidence is clear and it was done to me on more than one occasion so are all of them just glitches in the server? Once is understandable maybe even twice but 3 times and no explanation. That's unacceptable.

The casino presents a fake license so you have no official authority to turn to. I'm sorry. Do not play at such sites, please.

So they are operating under a fake license? Are you sure of this ? With all these big poker name representatives sponsoring them. That's interesting and I may be able to use that. Most of the WPNS traffic is American. If I point out the lack of a liscensing authority to the American gaming authority I may be able to get them banned or blacklisted here in the states . I'll have to look into that a bit further. As for what you are saying,this happened to me 3xs the server on their end glitched 3 xs for 3 big dollar tournaments. That is not coincidence that is habitual and if a casino is in the business of habitually violating the rights of its players ,server issue or not, then they should not be allowed to continue operating. To me it's just like picking who you want to play in your tournaments. Which in turn you can also steer to who might win the tournament. It's wrong on a fundamental level. Please if you know of any I need some gaming attorney names

I will update you as soon as I get some more answers. I don't plan on giving up because I won. I didn't say anything when I lost my money but I can't let it rest when I win and they don't want me around then. It's ok as long as I'm loosing apparently. I would only put game levels so that they have a place where people who don't know how to play but want to learn can play and also experts can compete against each other and always organizing tournaments to attract more players

Thanks for your response Rafael. I've been playing poker for over 20 years so it's not a question of learning the game but one of integrity and honesty. I won entry into big tournaments and for no reason was denied my seat. Black chip poker basically did what is Paramount to theft when they took my money to play these entries and then denied what happened

I see now that I have no recourse to recoup my losses but I can inform others as to how they treat the ones who pay their salaries. It's disappointing because I don't know how or who to even contact to Lodge a complaint about the tactics they use to steal from their players.
