UPDATE FROM Magius casino after the working days I found out that the 300€ was already paid to me today 9/08/2025 on a weekend which means that on weekends after the working days they also pay on the weekend in this case I have a positive rating for Magius casino.

Today 8/08/2025 the 500€ of 800€ pending was paid Magius casino paid on the 4th working day as stipulated I will give a positive rating if the 300€ comes in today or tomorrow.

First time user! Making deposits is easy enough, but they do charge you with a fee! First red flag! Site is colorful and easy to navigate and basically this is where anything positive ends. When it's time to make a withdrawal, the wait time is absurdly long! I asked if they need anything else from me, like my ID maybe - no! They don't need to verify your identity in any other way other then email and phone no. Red flag no 2! My withdrawal request had processing status for 2 whole weeks with! Online support just kept saying the same thing - we are too busy, everything is okay but still no progress. You basically keep going round and round with no progress. I have then cancelled that request per the support instructions and made a new one using their Bank Transfer option that is allegedly much faster. I am guessing it will take 2 more weeks to process this one! Seems like a scam! And this is not my first rodeo! I have used and I am using other sites that take customer service and timely withdrawals seriously! I guess I will be back to make a final review later on! Wish me luck!
For now I cannot, in my right mind, recommend Magius to anyone! The entire experience is so poor, I am lacking works that could explain just how poor it is! I should have done my homework before opening the account but certainly before making any deposits! Granted it was not huge, around 300 Euros/same withdrawal amount, but still! I can only imagine how people that have had the same experience with bigger deposits and withdrawals must feel after being treated this way! Yeah, live support is fast but you really cannot resolve anything with that team! Imagine, allegedly they cannot communicate to their finance team! I kid you not, that is the response I got when I asked if they can escalate the matter! I am afraid this was a huge waste of my time and resources!

I won 1k playing on slots, the withdraw amount is only 500 per day, and you can have only 3 withdraw different at the same time.
They're supposed to valid and pay the withdrawals under 3 days, guess what, it takes between 2 and 3 weeks to valid them, the live chat and the assistance via mail always tell the same things, saying their financial departments has issues, but don't worry we're working on it !
If i didn't do my complaint on casino guru, they wouldn't have pay me.

I have been using this casino for awhile not with no issues. Few days ago though they have placed a ‘withdrawal block’ on my account noting that it needs to be verified even though it has been verified fully recently and no changes to my details etc. they requested me to provide additional information of a credit card number for a Mastercard used via Apple Pay. I don’t recognise that card and told them that I can’t provide that information. Also merchants dont see credit card details for payments via Apple Pay / account remains on block and I’m unable to withdraw about £4,500. Anyone else has this issue?

I can't recommend it based on my experience, especially to those who value a fast and transparent service.
The first 2 withdrawals were successful after which I've been waiting 10 days for my withdrawal.
This indicates that they make the first payments to gain your trust and then don't pay.
The customer support only seems to stall and always with the same answers as if it were copy past

This company is a complete scam to the point I have contacted the fraud department with the police. There are numerous third parties that they use for deposits but when the deposit doesn’t go to your account the refuse to give you a refund or third party details. Please see the list below. They owe me£166.50 for a lost deposit and I have over 40 screenshots of denial and acceptance also note that many customer service agents use the same photo but different names which I have been advised is identity theft. They let you win once or twice max then nothing and make excuses to keep deposit and after this asking for proof of transaction which obviously has your bank details on.
