⚡️ Mostbet Deleted My Winnings and Bet History — Untrustworthy and Unfair!

I deposited a total of INR 2,900 across five transactions and played the slot "Royal Coins 2" (Playson). I won approximately INR 4,100, but when I tried to withdraw, the winnings disappeared from my account. Only my deposited amount remained.

What’s worse:

My bet and transaction history for that period was completely deleted.

The site refused to provide deposit or bet history.

Support (Anahita) responded with generic replies and refused to acknowledge the issue, stating that bet history is available only for a "limited time" and deposit history can be checked via bank statement.

I am shocked and deeply disappointed that a well-established site like Mostbet would resort to such unfair practices. This is unacceptable and a breach of trust.

I have raised a formal complaint, and unless this is resolved within 14 days, I will:

✅ File a complaint with the Curacao eGaming licensing authority.

✅ Pursue legal action to recover my winnings.

✅ Warn other customers across review platforms and social media.

Mostbet needs to fix this immediately — honor the winnings, restore my bet and transaction history, and investigate why this happened.

I already sent the data to mr.Thomas (complaint specialist) .

The mostbet response is like they aware about the issue . Also feels like not only me this issue happened . If 1000 INR deposit and win 5000 after wagering they deduct the winning amount except the deposit (4000) , 1000 will not deduct...maybe because of this people will not complaint. The deposit money will not defuct.

There's a section for bet history, but it's only for sports bet.. you can't find any casino bet history .

When i reach the helpline within minutes after the issue happened. The helpline team first asked me -

' send the screenshot of bet history ' i check for the bet history in app. that time i understand bet history will not available . Then why suddenly they asked bet history?

Next, about the deposit hostory. The deposit history also we can't check. it's also not available the app . The joke is customer care lady ask me the screenshot for winning amount ! How come ? How can i know after sometime the winning amount will dessapear? Really it's very frustrating thing. They know people can't submit a proper evidence. But anyways i submitted a proper proof to complaint specialist. It's effective.
