My three main criticisms starting from least to worst are.

1. Having reached level 3 which although they don't state and won't answer if you ask them requires bets of I believe around two hundred thousand or more, you're supposed to have a personal account manager. After about a week after achieving this level I enquired about this and was simply told they were unavailable and wait to be contacted by email.Guessing live chat probably serves the same function.

2. The rewards system is beyond a joke. One hundred in bets awards you one coin. You must make a minimum of 1 thousand in bets in order to exchange these coins. So 1000 in bets will award you 10 coins which can be exchanged for bonus cash to the amount of 3 euro or equivalent. That's 0.03 % of bets made. This must then be wagered 50x in order to turn into real cash to withdraw. The chances of completing this wagering requirements are probably about 0.03% funnily enough.

3. You can deposit 5000 daily but can only create 3 separate requests of no more than 500 daily to withdraw. It will take three days for them to process one of these requests. This is all very strange.
