I made a deposit of €50 there and used the 1st welcome bonus. As luck would have it, I won something and ended the wager with €700. I then verified myself directly and paid out the money. I was verified within a few hours and the money was in my account promptly. i was happy Typical Dama NV.
However, yesterday I received an offer from the casino, which made me deposit again. It was a better 2nd welcome offer with 80% and 80 free spins. That had convinced me. I've made a deposit again, although I've never had high hopes of playing at the same casino once I've withdrawn (always had bad experiences). But the offer was too good.
I deposited and got part of the offer (80%). I went into support and asked to add the free spins. After a short time, the support employee told me that the bonus was not available to me and that I could not get it. This was incomprehensible to me as I normally NEVER had problems with Dama NV. I had informed him that it was your offer and that I received it and would like to use it as well. After another 5 minutes I was informed again that the offer is not usable for me. I didn't have any information about that. I then asked for my money to just be sent back to my payment method. After another waiting period (10 minutes), this was referred to with the terms and conditions that deposits must be converted at least 3 times before they can be paid out again.
This is not understandable for me, since I received an offer from the CASINO and it was claimed AFTER the deposit that I could not use it. I'm talking about the principle here. If I had had the information that I could no longer take advantage of any offers, I probably would not have made that deposit. I was planning to play at this casino more often because the offers themselves are great, but this promotion put me off right away. I think it is very sad.

ich habe dort eine Einzahlung in Höhe von 50€ getätigt und den 1. Willkommensbonus genutzt. Wie es das Glück wollte, habe ich was gewonnen und den Wager mit 700€ beendet. Ich habe mich anschließend direkt verifiziert und das Geld ausgezahlt. Ich wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden verifiziert und das Geld kam prompt auf mein Konto. Ich war happy. Typisch Dama NV halt.
Gestern jedoch habe ich von dem Casino ein Angebot bekommen, welche mich dazu brachte erneut einzuzahlen. Es war ein besseres 2. Willkommensangebot mit 80% und 80 Freespins. Das hatte mich überzeugt. Ich habe erneut eine Einzahlung getätigt, obwohl ich nie guter Hoffnung bin nachdem ich einmal ausgezahlt habe am selben Casino zu spielen (immer schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht). Das Angebot war aber zu gut.
Ich hab eingezahlt und einen Teil von dem Angebot bekommen (80%). Ich bin in den Support rein und habe darum gebeten, mir die Freespins noch hinzuzufügen. Der Supportmitarbeiter hatte nach kurzer Zeit zu mir gesagt, dass der Bonus nicht für mich zur Verfügung steht und ich diesen nicht bekommen kann. Das war für mich unverständlich, da ich normalerweise NIE Probleme mit Dama NV hatte. Ich hatte Ihm mitgeteilt, dass es das Angebot von Ihnen war und ich das so erhalten habe und dies genauso bitte nutzen möchte. Nach erneuten 5 Minuten wurde mir erneut mitgeteilt, dass das Angebot nicht für mich nutzbar ist. Darüber habe ich keinerlei Info gehabt. Ich habe dann gebeten, mir mein Geld einfach zurück auf meine Zahlungsmethode zu schicken. Dies wurde nach erneuter Wartezeit (10Minuten) mit den AGB's verwiesen, dass Einzahlungen mindestens 3 mal umgesetzt werden müssen, bis diese wieder ausgezahlt werden können.
Das ist für mich nicht verständlich, da ich von dem CASINO ein Angebot erhalten habe und es wurde NACH der Einzahlung behauptet ich könnte es nicht nutzen. Es geht mir hierbei ums Prinzip. Wenn ich die Information gehabt hätte, dass Ich keine Angebote mehr nutzen kann, hätte ich diese Einzahlung wahrscheinlich nicht getätigt. Ich hatte vor öfters auf diesem Casino zu spielen, da die Angebote an sich super sind, diese Aktion hat mich aber direkt davon abgeschreckt. Ich finde es sehr schade.
