처음부터 문제가 있었어요. 알고 보니 전부 거짓말이었어요. 처음에는 아무 문제 없이 가입하고 계정 인증도 받았고 모든 게 괜찮아 보였어요. 앱을 이용하고 게임을 계속하려면 입금이 필요하다고 해서 첫 입금을 했죠. 입금액은 200이었어요. 게임을 시작하고 나서는 모든 게 순조로웠어요. 심지어 상금도 땄는데, 출금하려고 하니 안 되더라고요. 고객센터에 문의했더니, 레벨업을 하려면 먼저 입금을 해야 한다고 하더군요. 그래야만 문제없이 출금할 수 있다고 했어요. 그래서 두 번째 입금으로 300을 했어요. 그리고 다시 출금을 시도했는데, 시스템에서 제 계정을 의심스러운 계정으로 분류했다는 거예요. 무슨 이유인지는 모르겠지만, 그래서 출금이 안 됐던 거죠. 그들은 제가 큰 금액으로 여러 번 베팅을 했기 때문에 계정이 차단되었다고 말하며, 계정을 복구하려면 700을 입금해야 하고, 그러면 계정이 확실히 차단 해제될 것이라고 했습니다. 하지만 저는 입금 관련 거짓말에 두 번이나 속았던 경험이 있어서 입금을 거부했습니다.

They said I had made several bets with a high amount and that's why it was blocked, and that to help me I would have to make a deposit, but this time it would be 700, and that with that the account would definitely be unblocked. I refused to make that deposit, since I had been scammed twice with lies about the deposits.
desde un principio tuve problemas, se volvieron puras mentiras, ya que al inicio me registre todo sin problemas, verifique mi cuenta y todo muy bien, hice mi primer depósito el cual me mencionaron que hiciera para poder desbloquear la app y seguir jugando, fue de 200 el depósito, luego inicie jugando y todo sin ningún problema, y obtuve ganancias pero cuando intenté retirar no me dejo, el cual me comunique y un operador me dice que para poder retirar tendría que depositar para subir de nivel, y ya subiendo de nivel Hiba poder yo retirar mis ganancias sin ningún problema alguno. Lo cual hice, fue de 300 el segundo depósito, entonces nuevamente intenté hacer un retiro, el cual se supone que el operador me había dicho que se Hiba poder siempre y cuando hiciera el depósito como menciono, pero resultó que no Hiba poder que porque el sistema tomo mi cuenta como sospechosa y no se que mas, y que por eso no Hiba poder retirar, que porque había hecho varias tiradas con un monto alto y por eso se bloqueó y que para el poder ayudarme tendría que hacer un depósito, pero ahora sería de 700 y que ya con ese definitivamente se debloqueearia la cuenta, el cual yo no acepte hacer ese depósito, ya que fuis estafado 2 veces a base de mentiras con los depósitos.
