I contacted support, but they said they couldn't help me. Someone might have played on another account, but how? I checked my registration, and everything was fine. Suddenly, my account was closed. There may be people inside the house doing something, while my money was disappearing. I was playing logged into another game, and as far as I know, it's not possible to access the platform on two phones. Please help me, it’s unacceptable, what should I do? I have a gold account from 2022, the account was closed after the value of my account disappeared

I knew that my account was blocked because I was in support, suddenly the account logged out, when I tried to relogin they sent a message, this account was closed (I have the prints)

I accumulated this amount for sweet bonanza without any kind of bonus

After several conversations with support outside my account, I was able to redeem it with zero value, I am sending the prints to your email about what they passed me!

Support sent me the conversation afterwards and said it was done from another IP address, not the one I was logged into

We've analyzed your game history and player's log but we can't prove that the games were played by someone else. Between 21:23 and 21:24 there was a play session from an IP address different from your usual one. However, according to the game history, the same game was played as before (Himalayan Wild) with the same bet size (20 BRL) as well as the game Tower with several bets over 1600 BRL. At 21:24 there was a new bet of over 1430 BRL on the Tower game but this time it seems to be from your usual IP address. Considering all this data, I'm afraid, we don't have enough evidence that would support your claims.

Peter, I ask you to analyze it again more calmly, I'll send you my history again, I didn't make any of those bets you mentioned, only in the Himalayan Wild game, in the amount of R $ 20 reais, all bets of that amount were mine, but while I was in that game, they used all my balance in default to reset my bankroll, the times are exactly when I was in Himalayan Wild!

This makes me question several points:

• How does blaze accept having two logins at the same time?
• Why would someone log in just to reset the bankroll?
• How did they wait until they had a big win, and that's the only way it happened?
• The ip are different apart from the R$20 bets
• These bets were placed while I was logged in to the Himalayan Wild game.

I believe that the house has to take responsibility for its customers, imagine if I put R$50,000 and this happens, for me the house has lost all credibility, how to trust to involve money in a place that it can be used by a third party at any time!

Peter, peço pra que analise novamente com mais calma, vou enviar meu historico novamente pra você, não fiz nenhuma aposta dessas que mencionou, apenas no jogo Himalayan Wild, no valor de R$20 reais, todas apostas desse valor foram minhas, porém enquanto estava nesse jogo, usaram todo meu saldo de forma inadimplente para zerar minha banca, os horarios são exatamente quando estava no Himalayan Wild!

Isso me faz questionar diversos pontos:

• Como a blaze aceita ter dois login no mesmo momento
• Porque alguem entraria na conta apenas zerar a banca
• Como aguardaram ter um ganho alto, só assim isso aconteceu
• Os ip são diferentes tirando das apostas de R$20
• Essas apostas foram feitas enquanto estava logado no jogo Himalayan Wild

Creio que a casa tem de se responsabilizar pelos clientes, imagine se coloco R$50.000 e acontece isso, para mim a casa perdeu toda credibilidade, como confiar em envolver dinheiro num lugar que ele pode ser usado por terceiro a qualquer momento!

However, we can't confirm that the casino did this. The logins were made from a Brazilian IP. If your account login data was compromised, there's nothing the casino could have done at that time to prevent that from happening.
