Realice los retiros el día 28 de marzo del 2025 y de ahí espere un día y nada me metí a verificar y según pueden tardar maximo hasta 72 hrs dije bueno va espere esas 72 horas y volví a comunicarme y que no que ya se había depositado según ellos NUNCA MANDARON PRUEBA DE QUE ASÍ FUERA y ellos me solicitaron mi estado bancario para darle seguimiento a mi caso total les compartí mi estado de cuenta de mi cuenta fiscal después de eso y de verificar que evidentemente no me mandaron nada me dieron un plazo de una semana para darme una respuesta, paso la semana y nada que no tenía respuesta del proveedor que estaban escalando mi caso según y pasó otra semana y nada seguían en lo mismo que escalando y sin respuesta del provedor total pasaron 3 semanas y el día 21 de abril según ya estaba en proceso de revisión y que ya en una semana me depositaban mi dinero paso la semana y ellos seguían con lo mismo que ahora estaba en revisión y así sigue a día de hoy después de ya casi un mes y medio siguen sin darme una respuesta sin darme pruebas de nada ah pero eso si si hablan para sus promociones y para que meta dinero y juegue es un pésimo casino no tienen numero de quejas ni nada y estoy apunto de empezar un proceso legal por fraude en su contra debido a todo esto
