Roobet deliberately ignored 7 accounts and allowed me to open 8 verified accounts under my real identity (Emanuele D’A.) using the SAME crypto wallets, SAME IP, SAME devices.

Total documented losses: over €60,000 (from 2023 to 2025).But i also played with roobet from 2020 to 2023.

Key facts:

• Same XRP wallet rNxp4h8apvRis6mJf9Sh8C6iRxfrDWN7AV used for deposits & withdrawals on ALL 8 accounts

• Same LTC wallet used on every withdrawal

• self-exclusion requests ignored (screenshot attached – Nobody1987, 14/07/2024)

• Their own Settlement Agreement (attached) lists ALL 8 accounts they verified under my real name

• I opened othe account used fake names because I believed KYC worked. When I realised it didn’t, I opened with my REAL name surname and address.

I initially asked Roobet to compensate me only for the losses from my last account. However, after taking a step back and thinking clearly, I realized the full extent of what I had lost because of them — exploiting my gambling addiction. That’s when I rightly decided to request compensation for all my net losses. From that moment on, after I insisted and they refused to go beyond $5,700, they decided to completely ignore me.

Let’s also remember that out of the 8 verified accounts they listed in the agreement, 7 should never have been allowed — I should not have been able to gamble a single extra cent with them. For example, I even tried to open additional accounts on Stake, but their system immediately blocked me, as it should have happened on Roobet too.

They offered only $5,778.31 (net loss of ONE account) with abusive clauses:

- Eternal silence

- $100,000 penalty for any disclosure

- Curaçao exclusive jurisdiction

I raised my demand to €50,000 net for all losses.

I gave a final ultimatum on 06/11/2025 at 18:00 Italian time.

NO RESPONSE. Silence = admission of guilt.

This is not a negotiation error. This is systematic responsible gambling failure and KYC collapse that destroyed 5 years of my life, caused severe psychological damage, family crisis, debts, and aggravated gambling addiction.

They even accused me of opening accounts under false names, but I say — they are the ones who allowed me to deposit and withdraw from those same accounts using the same crypto addresses every time. Shouldn’t those accounts have been immediately blocked? What kind of KYC system do they have?

A gambling addict will try anything to keep playing — that’s exactly why the platform has a duty to protect vulnerable users, not to enable them. Instead of helping people recover, they helped me keep gambling.

Now i request:

• €65,000 net (€50,000 documented losses + €15,000 moral/psychological damages)

• NO NDA

• NO penalty clause

• Public resolution

If I can't get justice at least my story will stop the next player from fallin into the same trap - and help others already in the same situation to finally break free from it.

Roobet markets itself as "Ambassador of Responsible Gambling" with Snoop Dogg and other sponsors.

This case proves the opposite.

Could you please specify how you created each of your accounts? I can see that for registration, only username, email address, and password are requested. Also, you can register quickly via Google, Steam, or Metamask.

Also, when you want to deposit, a screen appears requesting you to fill out your profile. Could you please specify what information you entered into each of your profiles?

Have you passed the full KYC verification in any of your eight accounts?

Thank you for your message.

Not all of my accounts went through the full KYC document verification process, but in each of them I entered my real name, surname, and address during profile completion:

Name: Emanuele

Surname: D’——-io

Address: Via Tosc——,Mon———(P-) Italy

Furthermore, I always used the same Binance accounts and the same crypto wallet addresses for both deposits and withdrawals across all eight accounts.

This means that, despite the use of identical personal and transactional data, Roobet’s system still allowed me to open and play on multiple verified accounts under my real identity.

Also, please remember that Roobet itself sent me a Settlement Agreement listing all those accounts, which clearly shows that the company is fully aware that its system was not working properly.

I would also like to add the following to better explain why there were so many accounts and how this situation developed over the years:

Over the years, I opened several accounts with Roobet, and during that time my gambling addiction kept getting worse. I used to close and delete the new email addresses I had created to play, self-exclude myself, and promise I would never gamble again — but then I relapsed and opened another account.

It was extremely easy with Roobet: all I had to do was create a new email, use the same personal details, and the same Binance account for deposits and withdrawals, because nothing was actually verified by them.

They clearly knew it was always me — the data was identical every time, even the home address. I even uploaded and verified my driver’s license on more than one account, and I was approved each time.

Unlike Stake, which immediately blocked me when I tried to open another account, Roobet did absolutely nothing — they kept allowing me to deposit and play again and again.

It’s absolutely outrageous: a verification system like this cannot be called a serious KYC process, and it shows how little Roobet truly cares about responsible gambling or protecting vulnerable players.

Has any of your accounts been successfully self-excluded by Roobet Casino? So far, I have received one self-exclusion request from July 2024, but you mentioned that this request was ignored by the casino. Does this mean that you never received any response to your self-exclusion request?
