I’m reporting a single, recent incident with Stake.com’s Dice Autobet. I first tried to resolve this via live chat (at least 8 separate contacts, always polite), then posted on their community forum today, and emailed support earlier today for a documented review. I’m requesting neutral mediation.

Session: mobile, no VPN, exactly 11 bets in ~1 second.

Autobet settings used:

On every streak of 1 loss → increase bet 395%

On every streak of 1 loss → set win chance 75%

On first streak of 2 losses → increase bet 20 000% (200×)

On first streak of 2 losses → set win chance 98%

On profit > €0.00 → reset bet amount

On profit > €0.00 → reset win chance

Documented discrepancies:

Bet #2: "increase by 395%" executed as +503% (0.37 → 1.86).

Bet #6: same error — +503% instead of +395%.

Bet #10: after a loss, Conditions #1–2 not applied (bet stayed €0.40, win-chance didn’t update).

Bet #11: stake jumped to ≈€490 — not derivable from my configured rules (even if multipliers stacked).

Support replies have varied: first "conditions worked as intended", later "autobet settings are handled on your device (client-side)". Even if some logic runs client-side, the server still accepted a stake progression that cannot result from the displayed settings. Ideally, a safe design would reject out-of-policy wagers rather than execute them.

Note on fiat values: bets were in LTC. Since the session, LTC fell ~20%, so the current EUR figures in the UI look lower; please rely on stake amounts / JSON and timestamps.

Request:

(a) a technical audit with the casino’s server-side pre-bet evaluation for bets #2, #6, #10, #11 (which conditions & multipliers were accepted) and an explanation for 503% vs 395% and the ≈€490 final stake; or

(b) a refund / goodwill credit for the last bet, without admission of liability.
