über die Exekutionsverfahren auf Malta bzw. Gibraltar bekomme ich überhaupt keine Informationen aber das ist seit ~ 3 Jahren in Exekution und es passiert gar nichts bringt auch nichts da ständig beim Anwalt nachzufragen, dort wird schlicht nichts exekutiert... auf dieser ecourts Seite finde ich mich gar nicht....

Es du bist nicht mal auf der ecourtsseite? Mir hat die Kanzlei aus Malta, nach 4 Monaten und 3 Mails geantwortet und gemeint, e dauert auf Malta und die Gerichte brauchen Zeit und es läuft…

This law doesn't just disappear because abelinglaekamp believes it will simply be dissolved with "infringement proceedings". Countless EU countries shit on EU law in countless areas and the toothless EU does nothing about it. Poland has been supposed to pay millions in daily fines for several violations of EU law for years and it simply doesn't pay - nothing happens... A million a day is nothing for them, they do it every 2 seconds with their fraud model, especially since you can simply ignore the EU penalties without being bothered....

was haben sie dir denn geantwortet außer das es dauert? was bringt dir diese Info? dort wird nicht exekutiert solange dieses Gesetz existiert, die "Verhandlungen" dort sind für nix gut, mir wurde gesagt das die Gegenseite gar nicht zu Verhandlungen dort erscheint und immer nur vertagt wird. Dieses Gesetz verschwindet auch nicht einfach so weil abelinglaekamp glaubt das löst sich mit einem "Vertragsverletzungsverfahren" einfach auf. Unzählige EU Länder scheißen in unzähligen Bereichen auf EU Recht und die zahnlose EU tut nichts dagegen. Polen sollte seit Jahren wegen mehrerer Verstöße gegen EU Recht tägliche Millionenstrafen zahlen und zahlt einfach nicht - nix passiert.....selbst wenn die EU auch Malta zu täglichen Millionenstrafen verurteilen würde heißt das nicht das die dieses Gesetz abschaffen.....ne Million am Tag ist für die gar nichts das machen die mit ihrem Betrugsmodell alle 2 Sekunden zumal man die EU Strafen einfach unbehelligt ignorieren kann....

das Beispiel Polen zeigt doch das auch EUGH Urteile von diesen Schurkenstaaten schlicht ignoriert werden, die zahlen noch nicht mal die von der EU verhängten Strafen und die als EU rechtswidrig erklärten Mißstände in der Justiz und Tagebau wurden ebenfalls nicht beseitigt....wer sagt das Malta nicht genauso einfach weitermacht das Gesetz so bleibt und von der EU deswegen verhängte Strafen vielleicht bezahlt werden oder auch einfach nicht....und selbst wenn die EU Strafen eintreiben könnte würden die sich das Geld schlicht selber einstreifen und die Opfer hätten gar nichts davon....auch Österreich hat einige Verfahren wegen EU Rechtsverstößen am Hals und der Eifer unserer Politik diese zu beseitigen ist ungefähr genauso groß wie in Malta nämlich nicht vorhanden....
