Been trying to get a MASSIVE €120 withdrawal out of them. KYC with sumsub was approved after a week of pending. They then asked for a selfie with a note.

This site is attempted the theft of €130 deposit, ignoring EU consumer law, as I am not able to do a KYC live google call (UNBELIVEABLE I KNOW) due to my work life.

Nothing in their terms state a video call is compulsory and their terms do not supersede EU consumer law.

LOL 'we are not focusing on consumer law'. What planet are you on? That is what governs the contract between a consumer and casino/bookie. It is the LAW, all casinos and consumers MUST abide by it. There is literally NOTHING else to focus on.

I completed KYC via sumsub, the third party system which uses biometrics to confirm all KYC documents. I then supplied a picture of me holding my ID with a note.

Laws are what govern the land! EVERYONE is bound by them and MUST abide by them. YOU CANNOT IGNORE THEM LOL. Casinos cannot be a law unto themselves. Consumer Law is there to prevent unscrupulous businesses setting absurd and unlawful Ts and Cs to steal money.

Logic and facts are what I operate in and you should too.

Still refusing refund.

Have sent them consumer law. Ignoring it. Have stated the video call must be done betwen 12pm and 3pm (Will never be able to do this due to work).

Have a complaint open here. I signed up through affiliates ABOUTSLOTS who are ignoring it.

Have instructed family solicitor to begin action against them as they are attempting to ignore consumer law. Will keep it all posted here to warn players.

What are you saying there are like 5 reviews & 6 complaints about this casino. my experience was actually probably the quickest verification+cashout i’ve ever seen so. A couple of bad experiences you see isn’t the overall experience of the casino, if a small amount of people make reviews/complaints it usually means there aren’t many issues with the casino. If it’s not super new/unknown

but yeah Guru makes I think most of their revenue if not all from affiliates, a % of players first x amount of deposits that registered through their link.
