Unfortunately, I made the mistake again and relied on this. Also because casinos like to mention such limits somewhere hidden, it is sometimes difficult to see.

I deposited 10 USD, wagered it to 600, and then received 50 USD in real money. Thus, for all of the bonuses mentioned, there's a max win of 5x the bonus amount. It's a shame, but I really hope they adjust it faster than with Stelario, etc., where it was still listed as "unlimited" months later :(

leider habe ich erneut den Fehler gemacht und mich auf dies verlassen, auch weil Casinos solche Limite gerne versteckt irgendwo erwähnen ist es manchmal schwer dies zu sehen.

Hatte 10 USDt einbezahlt, auf 600 umgesetzt und bekam dann Realguthaben 50 USDt .... Es gibt für alle genannten Boni somit ein MaxWin von x5 Bonusbetrag. Sehr schade, hoffe sehr Sie passen es schneller an als bei Stelario usw wo es Monate später noch als "unbegrenzt" stand :(

From what I've seen and what you shared, I don't think it's the same bonus. What they have there is probably correct, but I don't think it's the deposit bonus you shared a screenshot of.

Hei Jaro, its from the Welcome Bonusses, of course. I make another Deposit for the 4th Welcome Bonus with 11 USDt with 160% Bonus, wins was capped at 88 USD. I upload you more and hope it helps you to understand 🙂 As you see on my Wager finish screenshot it credits 88 usd (my balance was nearly 300 as you see on the screenshot) to real Balance. It was the same with the other Bonusses. you see this max Win Limit only after Deposit and before wager finished only in the bonus tab with the wagering status. (This is from my Post before the screenshot with the red line mark from me)

Of course I understand, anyway I'm glad you shared this fact and I hope it will help especially the players if they will play there. It's not enough for you according to what you wrote, is it? A bonus like that probably wouldn't be for me, but if you managed to spin it, you'll get something out of it for a change. 

I probably wouldn't play with such a bonus.

No, my minimum bonus that I still find acceptable is x10 bonus AND at least 200% bonus value :) But I'm more affected by this than the many "freaks" who deposit three- or four-figure sums. I very rarely deposit, for example, 50 euros. And then I have, for example, 20 euros x 200% = 40 euros = 400 max win. That's more realistic than if someone deposited, for example, 500 and had a max win of 10,000. And I've had it happen often enough that I lost large amounts because of the limit. In this case alone, it went from around 300 to 88, so 2/3 simply gone :) I understand that smaller casinos in particular have to limit this, but they should be communicated clearly instead of mentioning it somewhere in 20,000 words of T&Cs. People often write it cryptically, e.g. "ten times" instead of 10x etc.

It surely has to be written clearly in bonus terms, but unfortunately sometimes casinos just put it in general terms, actually. We've had this happen many times, and we always suggest they have it clearly written and easy to find for every player.

But there are now many good casinos without maximum payouts 🙂

This company is a scammer, they dont pay to their affiliates.

What happened?

We worked with this company under the CPA model. After their manager set up all the S2S postbacks, we ran test registrations, saw that everything was working correctly, and launched the advertising campaigns (we spent around $3,500 on traffic).

One day we noticed that the statistics had become completely unrealistic: the conversion from registration to first deposit was showing 100% (at that point we had driven 330 registrations to their project and only about 20 real first deposits). We immediately informed them that their postback settings had broken and paused all advertising campaigns, because incorrect attribution would completely ruin campaign optimization.

In response, they admitted that yes, there was a technical error on their side with the postback settings (let me remind you: the setup was done by their own employee, and the first ~300 registrations and 20 deposits had been tracked without any issues). Right after that, the employee said he was quitting, and the product offered to pay us for only 1 player (which is 7.5% of our traffic spend, not counting the man-hours of buyers and technical specialists).

For the past several days, the team lead of their affiliate network has been refusing to put us in touch with her management, claiming that the business is undergoing restructuring, and she simply ignores all our legitimate questions and requests.

We are now left without payment for the majority of the approved conversions and without any constructive dialogue.

Well, not much to add. I'm afraid.
