yes, it’s in their terms which is a scam. I got my money back after a weekend long battle of complaints. This is the problem with unregulated casinos they make up their own rules which aren’t allowed in Europe. Whole operation is a scam they should be shutdown but seem to be part of a larger network of casinos. Everything on the site is a lie and they claim the 10x wagering on deposits is for "anti-money laundering and best practices" nothing but a scam I would sue them if I could but there’s no legitimate business there to do so

They are incredibly slow and dodgey they were withholding a withdrawal on me saying I needed to wager €1800 before I could withdraw which is an absolute scam.
